They low ball the notaries so they only use inexperienced notaries who are departed for a dollar. They refuse to pay a decent fee for experienced signing agents. When you pay $40 for the notary you're getting the worst of the worst

Horrible experience with this company closing on a simple HELOC. They sent a very unprofessional notary and then didnt fund the loan timely even thought they had printed instructions from my bank on where to send the money. The delay in funding cost me significantly. I would not recommend.
