Eugene and Lauren were awesome. Then I had wait over 1.5 hours for finance guy who was upset when I asked what I am waiting for. Insurance was verified and cashiers check.

My review is for service. I needed a new transmission and was told it would take 2-7 days to get the necessary part and one day to do the work. Ten days went by without hearing anything from anyone. I couldn't even get anyone on the phone for an update. Finally, two weeks later, I got a response that the suv would be ready. Throughout the process the whole team was rude and did a poor job of communicating and explaining anything. Jason, in particular, has a horrible attitude. Anytime I asked questions he rolled his eyes and told me "you can google it....this is how we make money." These people suck.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I called about a pre-owned 2015 Silverado. We live about an hour from the dealership so called to make sure a reasonable deal could be made. We were reassured by Lauren that the deal could be pretty close to what we were looking for. We drove the hour drive, met Kevin, and went on a test drive. Kevin was friendly and was discussing all of the bells and whistles on the car we would be trading in. As soon as we got back from the test drive his whole attitude changed. He offered us way below the Kelly Blue Book pricing and refused to negotiate. He actually stated that we should go buy our car from Cochran since they offered us more. So if you're looking to purchase a vehicle with professional, friendly, and honest people take their recommendation and look somewhere else.

last 2 inspections had a chech eng light on they reset it and passed the vehicle.there's a memo from Chevy about bad fuel injectors and for them to fix the problem. Had back brakes put on, had no parking brake when I got home. Another return trip. Now the best. 1,449 miles after having AC condenser changed the transmission cooler line came off and blew up my transmission. It didn't break just came off. The service manager said to the magistrate that I must've hit something I GOT NO HELP WITH THE REPAIR!!!!I wouldn't let them work on my wheelbarrow!!!!

These scumbags are the worst. Brought my basically new vehicle in for inspection. The only issue I had was a small rattling upon start that I ask they investigate. After inspection they said I needed new brakes and rotors. My brakes were fine. I thought they were full of s*** but I went along with it anyway though I refused the rotors and they claimed they would resurface. The noise I heard they claimed to be a cracked manifold that was under warranty so obviously they "fixed" that. When I get my car back the brakes are noisy and also vibrating badly. The noise I was hearing not only remained at start up but a new noise had materialized. It was obviously so much louder but these clowns don't test drive after they do work so they had no idea. When I brought the car back they wanted me to give them more money for a manifold gasket that wasn't under warranty and new rotors. I told them to f*** off since I had no issues before they touched my car. Since I can do simple f****** brake jobs I decided to look into the work they did. I discovered that the brakes were not lubricated which caused the noisiness. Loose brake clips accounted for the vibration. The new noise came from a completely unsecured air box. The screws that keep the box closed were completely stripped out. Assuming these assholes took it apart to do the manifold and used a drill to tighten. Instead of tightening it like a normal this clown hammered it home til it was completely blown aht. Got some bigger screws and wow, the noise was gone but supposedly I need a manifold gasket that wasn't under warranty. Yeah ok pal. Suck my a**

When scheduled for a diagnosis for my car I was never told that it would take more then a day to get even diagnosed. Drove an from an hr away and all they said was would you like to come back another day. No thanks!!

From the internet I picked out a couple vehicles to go up and look at. When I arrived the first appearance of these vehicles were Horrendous! Scratches, dings, rust and I’m talking 2019-2020 trucks! I would be embarrassed to have that look on my lot without trying to buff them out at least. Needless to say my trip was short lasted and left after 15 minutes

the last time I brought my car in to get serviced I had a no complaints about the experience. the workers there are always friendly; however, I was set for an 8am appointment for a simple oil change. it took over an hour and a half to get my car back leading me to be 20 minutes late to work. i genuinely think they didnt even start my car until i went at 9 to check on the status of it. It took 2 more check-ins to finally get my car back. again the service rep was very nice and seemed like e genuinely felt bad but i just felt forgotten and definitely did not appreciate this causing me to be late when i schedule more than enough time to have my car serviced and get to work early.

I could not have asked for a better place to get a car at! The people were nice and understanding, which a lot of other places lack. Of course, there also was my good pal Jeff, who not only helped with any questions we had to ask but genuinely seemed to care about us. I would most definitely come back again!!

I have bought all my cars here in the past but after this experience, never again. Had to have my Cruze towed there. I completely understand and didn't expect them to jump for me. However, I have been told bs from the beginning. First it was a few days, then it was we will stay and work to get it done, come to find guy didn't even work the next day. Then I was told the parts were all there only to find out from a different customer rep that the part wasn't coming in until the following Monday. Come today, I stop by to see what was going on and I'm told they are booked up two weeks solid and they have to find time to squeeze me in! Well if he had said that from the jump I could've made different arrangements. It has been nearly two weeks!I'm flippin real. I was told about this place and now I know why. Who knows when it will be done and now that I talked to a few folks who had dealings with them, who knows if it will even be fixed right. Stay away from this place for auto repair!! Will post update on how well it was fixed

From start to finish my experience with this company was absolutely terrible. Starting with service employee Matt his behavior was very uninviting and quite standoffish. After dropping off vehicle for five hours diagnosis was not even complete. When speaking with Service Manager Ron he explained to me he had 75 appointments that day. My issue was not resolved and they repaired something that did not need repairing in the first place. Truly feel I was scammed for a repair that was not necessary. Spoke with A Mr grey The general manager..... He allows this sort of behavior.

I was employed by Northstar for 4 years and recently took off due to being pregnant during the covid 19 quarantine. After numerous attempts to return to work they refused to bring me back due to lack of sales but brought in somebody else from another department to do my job. I went in an officially quit my position on July 17th and began a new job on July 20th. I just learned that they terminated me on June 26th but did not notify me of my termination which has caused a health insurance lapse and I am also 8 months pregnant. Do not apply for a position to work here or have your vehicle serviced here. Northstar Chevrolet has made it very clear that they do not care about employees.
