Eugene is fantastic! He is honest, doesn’t push and gets you what you want. Took my grandparents in to buy a new vehicle, they haven’t bought something new in a very long time. He was also patient and very informative with them. He is who you want when buying a vehicle.

I will take my business elsewhere… purchased a 2023 Tahoe and with 15,000 miles on it, I received a code “service transmission now unable to shift soon” I was able to use my Blue Driver scanner to plug in and see what code was being thrown for the error message. I called into the service department and spoke with a 3rd party rep that was obviously not onsite. Took 25 mins to finally get to a tech onsite and expressed to him I have the code it’s throwing and what my next steps should be. He said we are slammed and no one could help and to call another dealership. I was in the Washington PA area at the time and stopped into Budd Bear and spoke with a service rep and he was able to help me and express the code was simply tied to my parking break sensor and it was safe to drive but to get serviced as soon as I could. For the dealership I purchased my vehicle at, where I was getting serviced at, will never receive my business with another purchase nor service. Complete lack of customer service. Did not take the time to even listen to me about the code and brushed me off. ✌️ out northstar. You just lost a client and plenty of referrals. Take some lessons from Budd Bear. That’s how you service a customer.

Got a 2014 Chev Cruz and in less that one year the car is basically dying. And since I got it used there is nothing they can do. The car has 60k miles and is barely a year old and legit the car is dying. The cars valued at 2000 they said which is why we can't get another car but we are paying 15,000 for it? Makes no sense

Eugene and Lauren were awesome. Then I had wait over 1.5 hours for finance guy who was upset when I asked what I am waiting for. Insurance was verified and cashiers check.

As soon as my wife and I walked into NorthStar Chevrolet for the first time, we felt that this was going to be a great experience. The main showroom and offices are bright, spacious and extremely clean and we were greeted by a very friendly staff that made us feel comfortable, especially the Sales Manager Joe Gray and our sales agent Kaleb Byler, as we went through the process of leasing a new 2024 Blazer. They were both very upfront, honest, friendly and very professional. We felt being part of a team together rather than just a car sale transaction. Both Joe and Kaleb went out of their way to find savings for us, including a military discount. Overall we were extremely pleased and now excited to be in our new Blazer.

I was told by a local business that I didn't have any oil in my new car. They would not change my oil because of this and said this should not be happening with a new car.I called two local Chevy dealerships, but because I didn't buy my car there, they pretty much told me to call the roadside assistance number and have it towed to a dealership.My final call was to Northstar Chevy in Moon Twp. The service manager, Mike, got on the phone with me as he was intrigued by what I was told. He asked me to come up so that he could take a look at my car. I pulled in and he immediately popped the lid to take a look. He also checked the filter (they said the paint was burning off the factory filter). Long story short, neither of these things happened. Mike and his guys kept my car for an hour...changed my oil, rotated my tires and even washed my car. I was shocked at the excellent service I received as I didn't buy my car at this dealership.They didn't have to help me that day but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was OK with my car. I will absolutely be taking my car to Mike in the future and also my husband's Silverado. Top notch service for sure!

My daughter purchased a used Trax and is relatively fine with it. Once we bought the vehicle before leaving the lot she noticed the front tire air pressure was lower than the rest. I told her that we'd fill it up at home, which I did. she told me a couple of weeks later that she has had to fill it up several times. I asked her why she didn't tell me about it and I guess I was too busy. Anyway we went to the service dept. to get it looked at. after about an hour they said it's fixed and said there was a nail in the tire. So my daughter goes to get her keys and they charged her $47.00! When I asked the cashier about it she just shrugged her shoulders instead of asking the manager if there was anything that he could do. I could have driven to Sam's Club and they would have fixed it for free, which is what I thought Northstar was going to do! Unbelievable! It was nothing like I ever saw before! My son was looking at a new pick-up truck there. I told him to buy it anywhere else but this place!I'll never be back and never get her car serviced there!Stay clear!

This was a purchase that I spent a lot of time researching and getting details. I felt that my questions and concerns were answered and that I wasn’t pressured into buying something that wouldn’t fit what I was looking for nor my budget. I was able to get exactly what I was there to purchase and more.

I have previously purchased several cars from this dealership and even more from the dealership that was there before it, in total over 15 cars. I've always considered myself very loyal to buying cars at this location. My last experience however was terrible. I had a lease due to expire and I felt like a nuisance to them and nobody wanted to work with me to find the right fit for what I wanted to spend. Sadly they have lost a lifelong customer and my references.

My review is for service. I needed a new transmission and was told it would take 2-7 days to get the necessary part and one day to do the work. Ten days went by without hearing anything from anyone. I couldn't even get anyone on the phone for an update. Finally, two weeks later, I got a response that the suv would be ready. Throughout the process the whole team was rude and did a poor job of communicating and explaining anything. Jason, in particular, has a horrible attitude. Anytime I asked questions he rolled his eyes and told me "you can google it....this is how we make money." These people suck.

Kaleb is phenomenal, kept in contact with me for over a week while we worked through issues on my side. He navigated every step of the way and provided quality service to me. I definitely recommend he be awarded for his dedicated work for me that provided me exceptionally great service!

We just took delivery of a new 2024 Chevy Blazer RS and the experience could not have been any better. Initially, we reached out via email and talked with Lauren who answered many questions. Since we were looking for a very specific make/model/color, we had plenty of questions. Once we confirmed that North Star could obtain the vehicle we wanted, we were assigned to Kaleb from the sales department.Kaleb was awesome! We were in constant contact with him via text and he always responded within minutes. We had obtained outside financing and he worked with us to complete all of the required paperwork which made the process seamless. For closing, I had a window of about 1 hour before I had to be at a meeting. I made this clear to Kaleb and he was able to get all of the required documents, apps, and reviews completed well within that timeframe.I have always disliked buying cars because of how involved the process is. I expected the same with North Star but was very impressed with how fast and easy Kaleb made the process for my wife and I. I would not hesitate to purchase another from their dealership in the future.

We had a horrible experience with a Ford dealer and since we have bought vehicles from Northstar in the past, we contacted our salesman and he was helpful, kind, and efficient. All paperwork was done quickly and kindly. We are so incredibly happy with the service and our purchase.
