I wrote a review 2 years ago and I would like to correct . It was the U-Haul in north hills. I do not agree that you should have to download an app for one time move. When I ask not to have to download he again told me to down load the app.He was behind the counter and working and I could not understand why He could not just take my card ,when he had a card reader. He finally did. I did get angry and rude which was not the right way to handle it. So I apologize for that behavior. I did stand by if a customer does not want to download an app to their phone and they are using them on a regular bases they should help and use the read at the desk.

Great experience here recently! Very easy and smooth pick up (used my phone and never had to go in). Drop off was great and again, never had to go in. Will use in the future!

Pick up and drop off went very smoothly and I appreciated the best rate guarantee, I scheduled the $19.95 + mileage but they ended up giving me the $89 + 100 free miles rate afterward because it saved me money. I’d rent again!

I had chosen a storage unit for my things and come to find out a few wks later that my storage unit was available anymore for some reason..it wasn’t logged into the system that I didn’t choose one.. I had to get a smaller unit..I was not happy with that but I needed something.. next the truck..the sliding door in the back was hard to pull close..every time I closed it, it would slow dow and stop right at the bottom where it is supposed to latch.. it needed some oil or something.. that was tough on my back.. I had to climb on the bumper and try to push it down with my foot…
