Tried to ship an antique piece of furniture. Have shipped thousands of items via freight companies and USPS. Purchasers wanted to UPS. Took item there and they refused to even give me a price because I did not have my ID. In what world do we live in that you need to show identification to ship an item? I will never us UPS for anything so booking this item to be shipped with a reputable freight hauler. Item would have just ended up in pieces if they would have packed and shipped. Probably worked out better in long run!

I am so thankful for the help of Grace. I sent a package to my daughter who recently moved. I realized two days later I didn't put her apartment # on it. She resolved it. I was so relieved what was in the package was expensive and on top of the three day delivery I was pretty worked up. Thank you Grace!!

a few days ago I had to drop off a package, I had previously been to the Robinson one and had so much trouble I just left and decided to deal with it another day. So i went to moon and got the best help from Jack, he helped with everything I needed and assured me that I didn’t do anything wrong, I will be coming back here!

I visited Moon township this weekend for a dying a relative. Once they had passed, I needed to send old photos of my Great Uncle who had died of Shingles to my rabbi back home. Although I was stricken by extreme sadness, I needed to follow the rabbi’s wishes. After I had left the hospital once he had perished, I immediately headed over to the lovely establishment UPS. I knew they could help me in my time of dire need. I walked in very depressed, and exited the store beaming with light all thanks to the UPS employee Jack. He told me my rabbi would appreciate these pictures. He basically nursed me back to happiness. He did this so well I basically forgot about my non-Jewish perished Uncle. RIP Great Uncle Aviv twice removed you would’ve loved Jack.

This location always provides excellent service. It’s a very busy store, but the wait time is typically reasonable; the staff is usually respectful, efficient. Yesterday Brendyn provided excellent service.
