I have to say this is one of the nicer Walmarts I've been too. It is clean, always stocked, and well organized. Workers are friendly and helpful as well. There seems to be a lot of them which could be why this Walmart seems so much better than others.I believe this Walmart is better than the one in North Fayette (closest neighboring town).

This store does passport photos right, putting them into holders and cutting them to the correct size. Don’t go to the Robinson store. They print/cut them wrong and don’t put them in the passport holders.

I guessing all the people that left negative reviews never have been to the one in Robinson!! This Walmart is clean, safe, and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful!! Rather take the 25 minute trip to this Walmart then waste my time at any other.

Deliver Drivers Steal Items....this is per Walmart Corporate. Walmart Corporate will refund the order, but you MUST call customer service. They do not put up any hassle because they can see the issue directly on their end. It ends up the drivers have the power to "reject" the order, which puts it in a state of "delay" while they pocket the items without any flags in the system. This "reject" state results in "order delayed" on the walmart app, and on tracking. Walmart customer service must then check with the store on a different system. On that system, the order will be listed as "canceled" at the date of original "reject". Walmart Corporate says this is a common issue over which they have no control. Walmart Moon Township refuses to answer calls. So, they obviously have quite a serious issue

I go here because of the location to my hom, but the store is terrible! They never have any aisles open, except for the self checkout, which is usually super long at both ends, but yet there ar more than enough employees that I see walking around doing nothing or they have more employees stocking than at the registers regardless if the lines are super long. It's very annoying! Its like this every time that I'm there, which is typically twice a week. This store has really gone downhill.

Poor customer service and lack of training. There was an issue with scanning Propel the CSR grabnit said this is recalled and you cannot buy it. REALLY it is not. I asked for a manager the girl laughed. Then a young college age kid who aupposedly is one questioned the wntire Purchase and could careless and he was ao dumbfounded that he could not be bothered. I needed to leave and this ordeal took over 10 Minutes and they still could not understand and made me feel like I was doing something Wrong. Your staff really needs training .

Ok , now I'm just probably figured not to be the right person to review Walmart as I worked for Walmart almost 13 years. But I just found that their items tend to be of a rather differentiated situation depending on what you're getting . Material items there , even if of a discount brand are actually decent there as I tend to be purchasing them a bit. And other places I would purchase the precisely same brand / item they just weren't as good ? Quite oftenly rather poor quality .

I would recommend it but I also believe that the self checkout people should not make you feel like you are being watched. It can be done discreetly. There is one young lady who I believe is a transfer from the Monaca office. I simply love her!! Wherever she is station is where I go to be checked out!! She never makes you feel like you are being watched especially when you have cameras at the self check out.

I must say I am very pleased with this Walmart. I purchased a motorcycle helmet the other day, and at checkout I asked if I could have the rollback price that was listed online. The CSM on duty said no, so I bought it at regular price. Later in the day, my boyfriend called the store to complain, stating the fact that it didn't really make sense not to give me the rollback price, because I could have just bought the helmet online and chosen "free store pickup." (Maybe I should have done that! I was tired.) Anyway, the store manager was very sympathetic, offered the rollback price, and even gave me an extra discount for the trouble of having to return to the store. This is how customer service is done! Thank you!
