I wish I could give 0 stars do not go here. Go to a corporate store not an authorized retailer, especially not this location. I went in to get a new plan and phone, we spoke briefly about pricing and now one week later I have found out they signed me up for the most expensive plan , every and any insurance you can think of and other miscellaneous charges. My bill is $300 when it was only supposed to be $115. I understand they make commission however I never asked for anything I was signed up for. My best friend was with me and traded her phone in and they also did the same thing to her, when we never approved anything besides the phone and the service. ATT already took care of our issues but thanks so much for being the worst and an inconvenience.

I recently went to the montage location looking to start a new plan. I’m 18 years old and left the store not knowing I was just put onto a business account. They did this without my consent. I then went to the Dickson city location only to find out that the montage location is only an authorized retailer not a cooperate store. Now I’m stuck with an extremely high bill that’s attached to a business I don’t even have.
