“Such a friendly location and they did FAST and excellent work!
Dropped my flip 5 face down on pavement last night and set up an appt through my Samsung insurance and was able to snag a 10am appt.
I arrived promptly and learned Samsung had filed the incorrect claim (I needed the screen replaced, not the screen protector) and they immediately guided me in the right direction and I called the number and got the correct claim filed and dropped off my phone. They quoted me 3-4 hours. It was done in about 2 and is as good as new now.
It's worth noting again that the folks at this location are so friendly and helpful. Having a phone all busted up and inoperable is frustrating, but kind service can go a long way to ease that frustration for me.
If I run into this problem when I'm in the Scranton area again, I'll happily schedule my next repair through them.”
