Can’t give this place enough stars! They were so easy to work with explained the entire process thoughtfully and carefully and updated me throughout the process. We were coming from out of town and they had everything waiting for us on time and it was a quick and easy visit. They’re honest and reliable and I would refer everyone I know to go there if looking for a new vehicle.

FABULOUS experience at Keyser Ave. Auto Sales, with absolutely none of the “sales games” you get at the bigger dealerships! Friendly and chill Jeff and team were a true pleasure to work with. There was seriously ZERO sales pressure, a full CarFax report was provided, we were encouraged to take a long test drive and allowed to get a pre-purchase inspection, and the paperwork process was impressively speedy. (And as he quickly filled out our paperwork, we loved Jeff’s stories about his dogs and chickens, too!) All the positive reviews of Keyser Ave. Auto Sales’ quality vehicles and staff are spot-on! We feel confident we got a good price on a gorgeous car from great folks, it was totally worth the two-hour drive to get there, and we wouldn’t hesitate to buy another used vehicle from Keyser Ave. Auto Sales again.

Great car dealership to do business with and the salesman Jeff is very pleasant to work with, no hovering over you while looking at a vehicle. No hidden costs, straight forward and up front and honest. The mechanic as well was very helpful and knowledgeable about some of the options on the vehicle I was purchasing. It sure is nice to have a car dealership like KEYSER AVE AUTO around that you can trust.

They were quick to contact me once I submitted an application. Whoever contacted me via text did not even properly introduce themselves or even give me their name. Regardless of who it was they made me feel like a bother, didn’t seem interested in helping me etc. The whole thing just felt very off.. Went to Gaughan instead & purchased a vehicle.

If I could give lower than one star I would, the salesman was not pleasant at all .He basically told me your choice if you want the car or not I took the car for test drive and to my mechanic car was ok so I went to finance it, I told them my credit score not the best their finance guy said they had lot of banks to try next day at 230 he texted me said I was denied, my daughter even tried to buy vehicle for me they denied her something was wrong somewhere because of their lack of help was just a no because of them I had no hope of being approved anywhere but I tried one more time elsewhere and I now have beautiful suvpayments where I wanted them and a fantastic experience and an amazing warranty and these people saw a human not a score so thank u for saying no I got what I wanted elsewhere and my suv has half the miles on it then I tried to purchase now on my way to rebuild my credit so thanks again your no got me everything I wanted elsewhere. Your comment back was unjust yes my credit was bad u were well aware of it am happy got an amazing car and when my credit is back up would never come back I want no further comments from u .

Vessel, righteous and good cause of woke up on Saturday morning. Went to go look at two jeeps that my wife sent me pictures of. I contacted them to see if they were interested in a trade. We brought in our trade to trade evaluation was fair in my opinion..
We drove out of there last Saturday with a 2017 Jeep unlimited and I had to say goodbye to my Camaro.
We had a great buying experience there was no BS. I was very comfortable making the purchase. And we are now the brand new owners of another Jeep again after 11 years.
Highly recommend highly highly recommend and that’s coming from somebody who sold cars up here for eight years

I have bought 2 cars from here. Both excellent experiences. One my mom bought for me and I just purchased my first car myself, everyone there was very helpful and Jeff was so kind and explained everything to me because I had never done this before. I would 100% recommend keyser Ave auto to anyone. Great place.

I had a stress free purchase experience at Keyser Ave Auto Sales. I purchased an older vehicle
and when I drove it home 90 miles I found a concern. I called the next day and explained my concern and I would see what I would be needed to correct it. They backed me up fully. I determined the cause and corrected it. Problem solved.
If I am in the market for another vehicle I will definitely come see them again.

Never in my life did I have an easier time purchasing an auto as I did dealing with Keyser Ave Auto... The salesman Jeff was so pleasant and so helpful with our purchase and took all the time needed to answer our questions and helped us to make the right decision in purchasing our new car...
