I know working in the mechanical services industry that Preventive Maintenance is so important but not cheap. ( But still cheaper then a panic repair bill ). You cannot just Gas and Go like so many do and blame the toyota product when it lets you down.
All this to say is that We had developed a plan to get the work done as if first importance and not break the piggy ? bank. O and the most important thing.
They do Quality work. You may think you can get the same quality of care at a Mom and Pop shop but the question I raise are the Technicians Toyota factory trained?

“The Manager, I cannot remember his name right now, was absolutely amazing. I came in with a flat tire on Saturday and they were so busy and so short staffed that he could not help me out that day. He genuinely felt terrible that he could not help out. He was kind enough to let me leave my car in the parking lot until my husband could get there the next day. Upon arriving the next day, we were approached by him and told that he absolutely could take us in and patch out tire for us, which is what we wanted because our tires are under warranty. From start to finish, it was about1 hour and we were on our way home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We also had a lot of laughs with the staff. It was just an overall great experience.”

“I had an incredible experience with customer service at Mavis today. We discovered a nail in our tire and noticed the low pressure light was on. Upon arriving at Mavis, we were welcomed by a cheerful young lady who informed us that the repair would take no longer than 30 minutes. Once the service was completed and we went to settle the bill, they surprisingly didn’t charge us, which is honestly quite rare and greatly appreciated. We are now back on the road, safe and sound. Thank you, Mavis!”

He said George’s is a little further but the only one he knew that he wouldn’t hesitate to suggest. “Paul has been my steady primary mechanic for about 30-years at the recommendation of a fishing buddy Auto-Body expert and proprietor of Total Collision in Scranton. Paul has completed repairs on every vehicle I've owned in that 30-year span for both, minor, and major car repairs. Every single time the work was done on-time, professional and job completed, problem solved. His prices are reasonable and fair and I don't believe you can find a more honest mechanic. “Usually dont do a review after only 1 encounter, but needed a quick oil change for my ram bighorn, motorworld had nothing for over a month. Unbelievable for an oil change.. smh, but up the road , without an appointment i was in and out quick ??? the way it should be in 2024.. we thought by 2000 we would be like the Jetsons... go figure lol. Way too many places take too long dor the simplest of things. Great place people there seem cool as well.”

“Found this shop last spring when I needed tires mounted and balanced. Fair pricing and family owned.
Since then, been back 5-6 with other work I needed done. The guys have done great work on my Kona, RAM 1500 and Fusion and been really happy with all the work and they have worked with me to keep costs down (example, I bought brake pads and rotors to them).
Will continue to use them”
“In and out so quickly it was amazing. I had made appointments on 2 occasion with a competitor and they did not honor either and when I got there told me it would be about 2 hours! This was very pleasurable and fast. The representative kept me informed every step of the way. My car model is a known oil burner and they made recommendations to slow that down. An additional product was suggested which I accepted however there was no pressure at all. Then to top it off I found that the previous owner of my car had used the same location for oil changes.”

I came in super last minute, on a Saturday, to get a flat tire replaced thinking I would have to wait until the next day but they went above and beyond to find the correct tire size (it was originally listed as out of stock) and got me in and out in a timely fashion given the circumstances, all for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this center.”

“So I bought a new (to me) car last week. I expected problems with it but when the cold hit, it came sooner than I thought. My power steering return line was rusted out and spit everywhere. It was an emergency and I needed to get to school for a final.
Ryan is a great dude. Very knowledgeable and understanding about life happening on its own terms, not necessarily mine. He told me to bring the car in. He diagnosed the problem while I was at work, and he had it done in time for me to get to school later that day.
Also before I left, he did a full check up on my car and walked me around the car and showed me where my new purchase is going to need some work in the near future.
In short, my experience was as easy as possible. It was all around a hometown mechanic feel. Just some guys doing their job and trying to do the next right thing for the little guy that works everyday. Reasonable prices. Fast service. And every reason I need to come back.”
