100% awesome !!! They treat you so special and go out of their way to make sure everything is smooth sailing. This is my 2nd car that I bought from them and I'm hanging on to her too. I can't imagine ever wanting to go anywhere else. When you find the best you stick with them. It's snowing really bad out so I'm not taking any pictures today. But I'll post them in the near future on Social Media.

Josh Granteed the Service assistant was SUPER nice and helpful when I called this morning. I am currently having an issue with another Kia dealership service department where my vehicle currently is. The one advisor is rude and dismissive! Josh took the time to talk with me and get very detailed information of my problem and took care of me like a human being! Set me an appointment for early next week! Hopefully I have the same respect from the technician that works on my car. i will NEVER go to another KIA dealership from now on!!

First off, I want to say Joey and his team truly went above and beyond. My issue is not with them — it’s with the technician. The tech didn’t take the time to properly diagnose my vehicle, which caused me to return three separate times before finally getting an accurate diagnosis.
On top of that, I spent over $2,500 on repairs, yet the technician didn’t document the work that was actually performed. Now my CarFax shows nothing about the timing chain replacement, exhaust work, camshaft sensor, and more. That lack of documentation affects the value of my vehicle, which ultimately costs me money.
So while the front-end team delivered great customer service, the technician’s rushed work and poor documentation did real damage. Speed kills deals — and in this case, it cost me.

I want to say thank you to everyone who help me get my car unstuck today and was so nice to let me park my car in the lot until the roads are clear , the two ladies and the two gentlemen and to the manager for letting me park there because i pulled into a gas station in Pittson and they told me no because they are not responsible if it gets towed you all are amazing and so kind and very polite and all i want to say you made my day much brighter because i was so stressed and getting frustrated , you all was my savior , God bless you all

I'm only giving these stars for the service department. They are excellent in every way. The sales team is horrible. Extremely pushy, overbearing and annoying to no end. Can't take no for answer to point I may never buy there again...
