I visited the Shoppes during an off time, which may have increased the experience a bit. Plenty of parking and many shops to spend time (and money). It was a wonderful day, weather-wise and shopping-wise. Great experience all around.

A very nice location with good businesses. I can't understand why they don't attract more businesses to fill the empty stores. It's a very nice place to spend some time.
