Staff (Theodore) was very helpful. Clear, informed. Answered all my questions, but did not make me feel pressured to buy. When I did make a purchase, he walked me through it, Even when I had to call back several times to complete the process. I have not received the bed yet. But the ease and process of purchasing it was very good.

We just purchased our first sleep number mattress and Theodore made the experience super easy and painless. It was a pleasure working with Theodore and he helped us get the right mattress and base for us as well as went over any concerns and questions we had. The process was simple and quick once we decided to make our pruchase and he helped us get a great deal! We are very much looking forward to our new mattress and a good night's sleep!

Teddy was awesome and helped us to make the best decision on the new bed, we had a sleep number bed since 2003 and came up to Wilkes barre to see what the newer ones were like and teddy made it very easy to make the purchase and also a very pleasant experience!
