This shop went above and beyond! They were recommended to us when my daughter hit a deer with her SUV. They fixed did a great job and kept it within budget when additional work was found. She had to take her car back for further (unrelated) work and when they could not fit us in as quickly as needed, they recommended another shop that could and went so far as to take the vehicle over there themselves since she was unable to get there. We greatly appreciated the help in a difficult time and would highly recommend!

This is a well known shop in the area. I drove 30 minutes to this shop just so I knew I would be taken care of. I came in to get my oversized truck tires rebalanced and alignment issues fixed. I came in prepared thinking that I would need a whole new ($600-700 part) to fix the alignment issue. They fixed it without needing the new part. They could’ve easily said that I needed the part to make a buck, but these aren’t those type of people. They are honest, respectful and straight forward. I was also prepared to wait for the work to be done, and I had a little guy in tow, so I was grateful they had a little play area. They offered me a loaner vehicle so we didn’t have to wait, which was appreciated! This place doesn’t look like a fancy dealership with all the bells and whistles (it’s still very nice!) but I find that I always get the best experience and honest help at places like this. I will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family in the area, and will be back if need be!

Do not get tires installed here. Their tire equipment is antiquated and definitely not “no touch”. Typical dimples and 2 heavy gouges from tabletop jaws. Manager blew it off and said its on the inside and doesn’t matter. They offered to smooth out the gouges and touch up the paint……another hack job. They also left the adhesive from the old weights on the wheel. Very amateur tire shop with zero respect for the customer.

Once again, Heip did not disappoint. About 7 months ago he upgraded the speakers in my wife's car. Unfortunately the subwoofer blew after about 7 months. BUT, they were going to replace it, no questions asked. Since we were taking it in to replace it, we decided to upgrade last minute and Heip had it done within an hour. He did an awesome job! After installation he took his time to show us the best settings and different suggestions on placement for the subwoofer. Also how to disconnect in case we needed the space in the back of her car. I will not hesitate to go here in the future. Bonus is Heip's sense of humor. So thank you Heip for a job well done!

Sadly, we had a horrible experience. They don't do right by their customers. We have been bring all of our cars there for years. You would think when they have a returning customer they would treat them right. We will probably still go for tires and a alignment if needed but they lost our business for the most part.

First time taking my car there. I had an issue at another garage that they charged me $1,000 to fix and it didn't work. Took the car to D&L and they let me know right away that there was a recall. They were friendly, professional, and kind. I highly recommend them!
