What stands out about Human Breathing is the approach, community and inspiration. I appreciate the variety of teachers yet the common thread is always excellence. I can’t express what a great change being a part of this studio has made for me physically and mentally. Thank you!

I just started yoga since I have had 2 back surgery's and arthritis in my knees and am getting to stiff and old. My Dr said this would be good so my friend and I decided to give the beginners class with Patience on Thur eve. It is wonderful for me. Anything I have trouble with because of my knees Patience gives me something else. Now not only do my friend and I go so does her daughter in law and her 16 yr old niece and my 9 yr old granddaughter. Nothing better than laying on your mat breathing and relaxing and having my granddaughter reach out and hold my hand. I always sleep better after yoga. I feel more relaxed and i dont cramp up as much in my muscles. Thank You Patience. Namaste ( I am almost 65)

What a fabulous class!! And I'm not just saying that because Ron is one of my oldest friends . The class had a quick pace and easily flowed with the breath. I worked up a SWEAT! Honestly was the most I've ever sweated in a yoga class (and it wasn't even hot yoga). Instruction was very clear and corrections were provided as needed. I laughed (reliving some childhood memories that Ron shared with the class ), I cried (during shavasana we were treated to an incredible thunderstorm - the perfect natural soundtrack - and the final meditation visualizing peace, health, love, and happiness for yourself and others - it was so therapeutic!), and got in an awesome workout! I highly recommend you check out this great studio if you're in the Morgantown,PA area! Love you Ronnie! That was amazing!

What I love about my yoga practice and class: Once the class has begun, I love and appreciate the 5 minutes of SILENCE on my mat. This allows me to be present and breathe. After this 5 minutes the class is ready for Asanas and words of inspiration from our teachers. When these 'bon mots' are spoken during our asanas we are better able to listen and retain the information. We are like sponges and/or putty in their hands. Shavasana is another perfect time for silence (at ti

Beautiful studio that offers a wide array of yoga classes from beginner to the most advanced. Human breathing never fails to have instructors that not only know their anatomy but have sound insight into advanced neurological instruction. These guys certainly know their stuff, and as a fitness professional I 100% back their expertise and knowledge.
