“My parents started taking their vehicles to Baldwins and seemed very pleased with their service, so we gave them a try.
We were also very pleased and now use them to service our vehicles. There is definitely a level of honesty and integrity and the good old fashioned type of service you heard about or remember. They pointed out legitimate issues in prioritize them in order of severity. We were aware of most of the issues before we took the vehicle to them, so it was refreshing to know they found the same issues and did not say they all needed fixed that day.
I would say give them a try.
On a side note, a lady came in while I was there having a really bad day to say the least and they took care of her issue at no charge. They obviously pay attention and care about their customers and the community they serve.”

“Which is now called Chad's Auto!! They are in the building where Morgantown Garage use to be for over 40 years I hear! They have alot more room at the New Shop!! Office is 3-4 times bigger than the old Shop with 2 Restrooms!!”
