Very very slow. Ordered package that has sat at their facility on 07/28. Wax told it would be shipped by 8/4. It’s 8/8 with no updates. Terrible follow up.

Awful terrible service. Will not deliver mail if there's an inch of snow in front of mailbox. Typical govt organization with union employees and attitudes. It's no wonder the USPS is going bankrupt and being overrun by fed-ex and UPS.

I am waiting on hold to talk to someone at the branch and after hell on an automated service for 12 minutes it was getting me a rep.... The approx wait time was between an hour and 8 min and an hour and 11 minutes!!!! How can that even be?! Very disappointed.

Great post office with fast, friendly service and employees who go above and beyond in assisting their customers with sending and receiving their letters/packages. Couldn't ask for a better post office.

I've been delivered the wrong mail nearly every week for an entire year after telling the desk clerk about it on several occasions. I'm not sure what else I can do except for putting a huge sign outside that says my address.

was waiting for an important check that was sent piority mail and due to be delivered in the morning, I was there 3 times nothing...asked if it was still likely to come today I was told no everything was out and they even checked in the back to which I heard a mean "no!". I left n went home to check the tracking number and said it was delivered went back later after work after the back was closed and guess what it was delivered, the delivery time was 5 mins after I had left the last time. I'm pretty upset seeing as I needed the check cashed today. Thank you for your incompetents

Convenient if you have a letter that you'd like sent to a distant location, but don't want to travel to said distant location yourself to deliver it.
