Leaving this review for my mom. About a month ago she took her car in to have the alternator replaced. When she picked it up the service AWD light was on. When she went in to ask about it the tech was rude and ignorant and told her that the electrical issues in the AWD system were a “coincidence”. Upon further investigation we noticed the tech had failed to disconnect the battery (the time and favorited radio stations were still there. They would have been erased if the battery was disconnected) when he replaced the alternator. A current was sent to the rear differential clutch control module and fried it. Not disconnecting the battery is an easily made mistake as it is inside the car, not under the hood. That isn’t the problem because mistakes happen. Car ended up needing around $1500 in repairs and they refuse to acknowledge it was their fault. Electrical issues after the charging system was improperly serviced isn’t a coincidence. Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t take a bicycle here for service.
