This place is the worst, and that's why I don't go to any 7/11. went there to make a transaction and the guy thats usually on the right side of the counter by the door, is always talking day and night on his blootooth or with his coworker. He talks way more than paying attention to customers needs and do his job. He was supposed to add money on a card per customer's request, but he ended up trying to withdraw money instead of adding which locked the card and add more inconvenience to my day. So since he was talking too much with his buddy he wasn't paying attention of what he was doing. And when I asked him why there was an error code and he couldn't add what I want on my card. That Associate couldn't even explain anything in plain English of what he did to my card because he doesn't even speak English. I had to call my bank to resolved an issue that the store clerk at 7/11 did. Stay away from that place!

7-11s are a dime a dozen and one can't expect great customer service, yeah, I get it. But wow, this one is PARTICULARLY horrible. I'm standing there at the counter, an employee not 2 feet in front of me, less than a sneeze away, absolutely glued to his phone and not paying me the slightest regard. His coworker, also on his phone and slightly to the back but still clearly visible to customers who want service instead of outright ignorance. 3/27/25, around 6:15pm. Lazy, incompetent, ignorant.

That is one of the nastiest 7-11s I have ever been in. The roller looks like it's never been cleaned and all the food looks like it's been on there for a week. The new owners really ran that into the ground
