Neil was awesome and so was the mechanic (sorry didn't get your name). Went in for an oil change and questions about other concerns I had. Explained everything to me that needed to get done and the severity of the issues. Didn't try to upsell me one bit. Even through in a drain plug for free because mine was stripped during the last oil change (at a different business). Overall excellent experience. Will be returning.

Worse experience ever. Third day of our trip, and our Dodge Grand Caravan is having an engine signal. We got an OBDII so we checked the message and it said “problem with transmission pressure”.
So the next day we go to AAMCO. We are foreigners so we know nothing about this place, but the guy seems nice and says he will check it the afternoon. After leaving our car the whole afternoon, we come back and the guy says our transmission is done, it’s best if we go back to Canada to change it. It will take a month to fix it and cost 5000$. He said that the transmission will be totally dead in a month if we keep going.
It was really tough on us as we had just started a big trip around North America. But our car doesn’t seem to have been properly checked and we want a second opinion so we go to a small garage not far away the day after. The mechanic was awesome. It was a Saturday morning, he was busy but he took the time to look at it and said the transmission looks good, the liquid level is full, we just have an old car that needs some rest every two hours.
Two months later, I am writing from California, and after 15 000 kilometers, our car still drives really good. As the second mechanic said, we just need to have our Dodge to rest from time to time. So I don’t know if the guy from AAMCO was a scammer or if he doesn’t like Canadians or French folks or whatever, but saying that our transmission is dead without looking at it properly and sending us back home was very rude. So if you are traveling near Philadelphia and have a car issue, DON’T GO THERE !

I brought my car for brakes and an oil change. Eric was the mechanic who worked on my car and he was efficient and followed up to ensure everything was working smoothly. Definitely recommend!

Can't say enough about the excellent customer service and quality of work. I found the shop for all my vehicle needs and highly recommend checking them out for your vehicles needs. They will be doing inspections in just a few weeks but are ready for all your vehicle needs.

Aamco made everything really easy. I felt that my car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time and I was updated every couple days by their receptionist.
