Advance Auto Parts is a great store known for being helpful and fast. Staff are very friendly and provide great service, often assisting customers in finding parts and even installing items like wiper blades right in the parking space for courtesy. The store is considered more helpful than other nearby auto shops. Some customers note a change in the consistently polite and helpful service since COVID-19, feeling the previous high level of personal assistance has decreased. However, many remain loyal, finding the store always handy for needs like a dead car battery and preferring it over other places.
They replaced my battery on Monday may 4th in my Honda CRV. The staff was a big help. I appreciated them being able to do it right away!! I would recommend!!

Great store. Bought windshield wiper blades. And a nice fine gentleman that works there put them on right in my parking space. I was in and out in 10 minutes. And one of my good friends Chris Bond Clymire use to work there.
