Advance Auto Parts is a great store known for being helpful and fast. Staff are very friendly and provide great service, often assisting customers in finding parts and even installing items like wiper blades right in the parking space for courtesy. The store is considered more helpful than other nearby auto shops. Some customers note a change in the consistently polite and helpful service since COVID-19, feeling the previous high level of personal assistance has decreased. However, many remain loyal, finding the store always handy for needs like a dead car battery and preferring it over other places.
Great local auto parts store. They always have what I need. Today I was in for a small engine spark plugs and they had them at a good price. Highly recommended. The staff is super helpful.

I appreciate this place! There's a good chance they'll have what you need, and a 100% chance they'll be helpful and friendly regardless.

Thank you, Chris! We so appreciate you helping us work out how to check the oil level and know how much oil we needed! We were stressed with a toddler in the car and you really helped! Now the car sounds much better. Thank you for going the extra mile, Chris!
