Great service from the pharmacy. I had poison ivy and I was prescribed a cream that I was using for way too long. The pharmacist came out and warned me of the side effects and told me it would be wise to switch. I informed my doctor and decided it's best to switch to calamine lotion. Poison Ivy Gone.

The Staff at the Morrisville, PA CVS store were helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to get in and out quickly. I would go back.

Pharmacy is a joke. Had to order something for my son that they assured us would be in after 3 days and 4 days later they can't even tell us when it will be in or where it is

the pharmacist named VICTORIA is probably one of the rudest, most short member of staff i have ever spoke to over the phone. I left a voicemail through the CVS automated system to get a call back from the pharmacist because i lost my medication and had my doctor send over another script. Once i got a call back victoria was IMMEDIATELY very rude with me. I was honestly in shock because i work in customer service myself and i always make sure to be extra polite and respectful to healthcare workers or other service workers. By no means did i give her any attitude but she was almost at the point of YELLING at me to call my insurance instead of her. If she couldnt help me that was ok! i was willing to call my insurance and figure it out with whoever i needed to. But she kept cutting me off, almost hanging up. When i asked if i could make a complaint about her. after SIX MINUTES of a one sided argument, she offered a $16 coupon for a ten day supply of my medication, which would work perfectly! I do not see why i had to endure six minutes of a random person chewing me out and telling me she cant help me for her to finally decide she can. It was in no form an okay way to talk to ANY person.

Rosa is a tech in the pharmacy and should be fired, worst customer service ever. She is rude to customers and apparently to doctor staff when they call.
