We decided to go with ExtraSpace Storage in Morrisville, PA for our storage needs. In many ways, the decision was made easy due to the service provided by Leslie Mojica and Amber Quinn. Both were patient, professional, kind, and accommodating as they fielded many questions and considerations that we presented throughout the selection process. Their care, honesty, and thoughtfulness reflect a customer-oriented approach that is unfortunately all too rare. In addition, the units we viewed were all meticulously clean and well-maintained. ExtraSpace, you made a great hiring decision with Leslie and Amber, and we are thankful to have had the opportunity to work with them!

Looking to rent storage space for the first time can be a stressful and time-consuming process. After contacting about 6 various businesses of this type, we decided to only work with ExtraSpace Storage in Morrisville, PA. for a lot of good reasons. Our contact was with District Team Lead Matt Shelhamer, Store Manager Leslie Mojica and Amber Quinn. All are knowledgeable professionals. We worked mostly with Leslie and Amber, who were efficient, patient, kind and professional. They had great recommendations about storage needs, and things we just never thought of pertaining to the whole process. Our daily lives would be greatly improved if every business was represented by people just like Matt, Leslie and Amber. We have not moved into our storage units yet, but we toured the sites and found the grounds and buildings to be clean and secure. Obviously, the folks that manager these sites care, and take pride in their work. ExtraSpace Storage, you should be very proud of this staff. These people are keepers. If you are looking to rent storage of this type, save yourself the time and hassle of calling around to other companies. Just stop in ExtraSpace, or give them a call. Talk with these professionals and take a look at the site if you are local and you will understand why we recommend this company. I received no compensation for this review. The space is nice when you first move stuff in but the experience goes downhill fast.
My rates have increased multiple times over the last year and are now close to $200 a month when it was barely $100 at the start.
There has also been issues with mice. I have reported the issue but my feedback is always met with disinterested ears. Since I did not get their insurance package I’m basically out of luck they say. “If you got insurance with us we could do something but it looks like you didn’t” is a direct quote. The mice have caused significant damages to items in the unit and they still persist.
Don’t waste your time here. Go anywhere else. You’re better off just putting your stuff under a tarp on the side of the road with a sign that says “please don’t touch.”

I received thee best Customer service from Kylie. She went out of her way to help me save money and was very professional. Customer service is very satisfied. The process was quick, easy , and efficient. Thank u again Kylie

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the office is very well kept and clean. The inside of the unit and walk space is amazingly clean and their prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend using their services as I will if I need to again. I highly recommend this place. 👍

Leslie Mojica is a very great manager making this location a great spot to get a storage I had the privilege to meeting her and her directing me to the storage that fits me and my family thank you god bless.

These are useless, the doors are always damaged, very uncomfortable having to enter and take things out through a small door

I watched this building being built up. Good location . Very nice folks you can interact with during work hours to answer any question you may have. Customer service is rare and I am happy with the smooth move in for my holiday stuff.

So far so good. Really easy to book online and get an estimated size if you can't make it down in person .. I would recommend go in person just in case. However they do have that option. Clean looking , everything worked out well
.just don't forget ur gate code. And let's hope that don't rise the Prices occasionally!.
One more thing I did gpick a great time to grab a unit We were able to get one ,easy ,quick &drive up accessible .Just what we needed &---for under $100 bucks a month and the first month's free so that's awesome kudos to extra space for that.

Really great experience at Extra Space Storage. Leslie was sooo helpful, knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions. The facility is brand new, clean and easily accessible.
