Highly recommend Glenwood, the price for the work was fair and reasonable. Significantly better than what the dealership quoted me for the same work. While my car was in their shop, I had a scheduling conflict arise which required me to either get my car back or go get a rental. They went above and beyond to accommodate the unanticipated conflict. Again, I highly recommend Glenwood and I don't plan on going anywhere else to have my car serviced.

I’ve used these guys ever since I was fed up with dealership overpricing and surprising lack of knowledge, and I’ve never looked back. Kenny and Rocco up front are very kind, professional, and overall knowledgeable. The care and service the coming out of the shop is amazing, I’ve gotten my DSG transmission and Halidex done by them as well as minor fixes and repairs and I’ve never had to go back for an issue.

First time at Glenwood with my new BMW. They seem very knowledgeable and pleasant. Unexpected perk, they picked me up, so I did not need to uber over to get my car.

Ken who is nice guy gave me a telephone estimate of $700 to $900 on a 2016 BMW turbo fill line replacement. He said there will be a $225 fee if I don’t choose them upon inspection. I dropped off the car and received a $1900 estimate based upon him not knowing the model number. I thought that was on his part to investigate. Union Line in Ewing were way more honest as they do a free inspection without obligation. Done again Union Line. Just my opinion.
