Sales person was very arrogant been shopping for a new phone and he explained all his cousins work in competitions stores and he is the best price around when I shared others prices he denied it to be true and told me he will be waiting for me to come back if this is how metro has become I don't want service from them

I stopped at MetroPcs to purchase a new phone because my old one died. The representative of this establishment went way beyond to help me with the new phone. I left there a satisfied customer with a smile on my face. I would highly recommend this establishment for future references

Amir helped me get to the problems I was having with my phone which happened to be. It's time to working and I couldn't get to my apps. My contacts, but he kindly took the ti'm. To help me figure out how to get it back with my old phone. It was all around a great experience and I would definitely give him the highest rating I've experienced in a cell phone scenario. Good job, thank you.

Great customer service only metro store I go to and it's 35 min away from me still come here never a disappointment when I come and love coming to Ameer to always helpful and knows what he's doing highly recommend to come here !!

I've been coming to this location for years. The employees here have been either able to fix my problem or direct me to the customer service line with helpful information to fix my issues. If not for the positive customer support, I would have left Metro. Thank you!

This is the best metro store in bucks County. Amir was amazing and helped us get the perfect phone for our budget and accessories like a hard shell case, for when it gets dropped. He was so helpful and friendly, I will not go anywhere else for a phone but to Amir... thankyou my friend !!!!!

Every time I come here to pay a phone bill none of your workers are ever here on time great customer service but your workers are never here on time it opens at 10: 00 and no one shows up until almost 10:30 to 11:00 and no one is doing anything
