“This is a place you have to experience for yourself to understand the level of customer service that is provided. It is day and night compared to Lowe's and Home Depot. I would recommend this store for professionals and homeowners looking to DIY. The staff is knowledgeable and the prices are fair. I go here to get everything from one bolt to larger hardware/household products.”

“Very friendly, knowledgeable service. Made sure that I got the product I needed and that I received all the discounts/promos that I was entitled to without me even asking. In the end, I got a better quality paint at a better price than if I had gone to one of the the big box stores (and no wait). I don't have a commercial account but that was not a problem at all.
I've been to one other SW location nearby, but I will drive the extra 10 mins to this particular store for the friendly, no-pressure service.”
“I have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff really knows the product, they are asking to help you literally in a minute or less when you come in the store . This time they helped with color choices, on Friday I’ll be back for 4 gallons of the suggested paint . Even if a box store COULD do that, who cares?? SW paint is the best. Period”

Jon(John?) was in the store and gave me a lot of information on the product usage and since he had only one of the three that I wanted, he called around and found stores which carried the others. Since I am a homeowner and not a professional, he gave quite a few suggestions on how to use the product. Highly recommend this store. If you get Jon to help, you are lucky!”
