Horrible service spent so long jumping through hoops just for them to not give a crap and send me home. Wasted my time and the movers time. The man I talked to didn’t know his butt from his face

The problem was mine. Not familiar with the online system, difficulty with that fir first time user. Offer to assist incase someone needs help
Other than that service EXCELLENT!!
