We had our passport appointment here this morning and I can not believe how quick and easy the process was. We were early and the appointment before us didn't show, so we were in and out. The lady at the front who prepped our paperwork and took our money orders was short but helpful. Not rude, just not friendly. When Larry took us back to do our photos and process our applications, we actually had a blast. He was just so nice and helped put our anxious daughter at ease. I can not recommend Larry enough!!

I have been using this post office to mail packages I sell for over 7 years. I have always come in and simply said I need help mailing something or packing it and the help desk helped me out. I came in today with a poster that needed to be mailed out so it didn't get damaged and the staff REFUSED to help me. I asked about packaging and the man behind the desk literally WALKED AWAY from me! I went to the woman next to him and she said it was my responsibility to package my items. I said I came here because I needed to purchase something for this simple large sheet of paper to be mailed out. And this very rude and useless woman who didn't want to do her job told me to go to a different store to buy something? How can the USPS not have any packaging for a sheet of paper? The packaging slip was already paid for for USPS. I was already a customer who came in. Before now the staff would always be glad to help me with my mail. What is going on back there? If you can't help me mail things why am I paying taxes???

The worst experience I have ever had at a Post Office - the employee at the counter was extraordinarily unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. I recommend avoiding this particular Post Office - I will never use it again.

I used to love our old mail lady or others that cover her route. The guy we have now is the worst laziest person I've ever seen. He purposely destroyed our lawn driving in it. Wr sent to the higher up I showed it to the current post master 3 times I went uo there sent him videos and Pictures of him doing it. And the k turn he did because he was mad we told on him. This mail guy seriously needs another line of work. We're still waiting 3 months later for yard to be fixed. The post master I guess told him it was okay to keep backing up on property. If I could give negative 10 stars I would. Be warned in yardley area by mcafferys if this guy your mail person. Also he threatened the old lady at end of culdasak she has 2 complaints filed on him. He threatened my other neighbor too noone likes him. He will hit your trash can with his truck. Maybe spend less time at Indian restaurant across street. Saw him there a while I did therapy there next door 2 times a week. The post master and supervisor are horrible you need better management to allow him to continue doing this. Then never fix like you said it's a hazard the area about 1 to 2 inches deep now

This was a very unsatisfactory service!!!!
The lady in the passport application counter asked to see if my newborn was “ALIVE”!! How would you feel if someone asks you that question?
They also don’t take walk-ins on weekends if they are short staffed! I was lucky because the 2 other customers who came did not have their applications filled.

The absolute worst customer service ever. I don’t work there. I don’t know what boxes or bags I would need to ship an item and the customer service girl was so smug. I hate this office. Total losers

Worst post office, I’ve ever dealt with, I did an address change over two months ago, and my mail is still going to my old address, the title to my car got lost because of this post office, I never received my deposit back from my old apartment because of this post office, none of my mail, never got forwarded, I talk to the supervisor, and he is worthless doesn’t deserve this job, very disappointed in this place

I called the 800 number, to (God Forbid) talk to a human being about a simple question. I had to listen (for my convenience) to recorded Covid announcements, then a long list of options...all of them irrelevant to my question. Finally, I just spoke into the phone…'I want to speak to a human being'… and the robot stopped and said 'You want to speak with an agent, is this correct, please answer yes or no. I responded 'Yes' and the robot simply started to repeat the last set of irrelevant options again. This happened about 3 times before I hung up in frustration. Our tax dollars at work, folks. Absolutely useless.
