“I've used various car rental firms in the past, but my experience with your company was excellent. The Camry l rented was above my expectations. The fact that the rental was dropped off at the body shop was very convenient. I strongly recommend to all my friends to use Kulp Car Rentals in the future.”
“Wonderful experience. Caroline Trinidad the manager was extremely helpful when I didn’t have my license and was able to help me get set up with my car by using the other documents I had!”
“Alex at the counter was efficient and polite. The young man outside was equally nice. The car itself was clean and functioned just fine. It was a little difficult finding the entrance to the return location as I had never rented from Alamo before, but once you see how it works it's quite easy to return a vehicle. The attendant who checked the car back in was courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver was super nice and made sure everyone got off at the right terminal. Would definitely rent from these guys again.”
“I like the proximity to the airport and how easy it is to get in pick a car and get on my way. I also like how easy it is to drop off and that there is always a shuttle to get me back to the terminal within 10 minutes. I usually always find a nice car at the executive isle except for once.”
“mulu saved the day!!! I needed help because I just got a flat tire. She allowed me to pull over so i could call for help..great customer service in my opinion.”
“I had a great experience with this Enterprise location as part of an insurance claim/repair. They met me at the body shop so I didn't have to worry about getting to them and then allowed me to leave the rental at the body shop once my car was ready and they would pick up. My time inside the office to complete paperwork was minimal and the car was clean and appropriate to my needs. I would highly recommend!”
“Derrick was outstanding—patient, attentive, and truly understanding of my needs while setting up my reservation. Employees like him and Melo are rare. They prioritize customer satisfaction while consistently upholding Enterprise’s standards. I’ll definitely be back and will be sure to recommend the Enterprise location at 7001 Essington Avenue to all my friends and colleagues for their rental needs.”
“The local Enterprise Dealer in Newtown Square, PA, was 5 Stars from start to finish. The staff was personal, professional, patient, efficient. It was obvious that they enjoyed their jobs. The price was good. Highly satisfied; Highly recommend.”
“From the shuttle to the counter I experienced truly wonderful customer service. The location is conveniently located with easy access to many of the major Philly highways. There is a Sunoco station nearby as well so you don’t have to hunt and take detours to fill her up before you return the vehicle. Let the short shuttle ride take you away from the airport and out of the loop de loop you have to endure to leave. Once you’re in the rental, it is a hassle free exit. I recommend this rental location.”
“I’d recommend Mike and his team to all of my friends and family. I made a reservation and within 12 hours my pickup was ready to go. Mike made the process quick, simple, and most importantly transparent. He provided a customer experience well above and beyond my expectations. I can’t thank Mike and his team enough!”
“I had a wonderful experience with enterprise in upper Darby. The manager was very kind and understanding my need. This was my first time and it’s going to be my go to. My sister was the one who told me about this enterprise. I was hesitant because of my experience with other locations. I must say this was a good decision. And it going to be my go to for car need.”
“Highly recommend! This was our 2nd time renting from them and will absolutely rent from them again! Vans are clean and well maintained. Mark was friendly and efficient. He made the entire rental process easy and seamless.”
“No exaggeration, this is the best Enterprise I've been to. Staff is always helpful, cars are clean and even new the majority of the time. They really go the extra mile. I highly recommend this store!”
“Abby and her team are always there to take care of my rental needs for my business travel. She always tries to make sure that the vehicle I have ordered is there, clean, and ready for use.”
“I want to say that I have never had a better experience with a company representative than I did recently at Bryn Mawr Enterprise with Cameron Willis! He could not have been more caring, intelligent or helpful during a time when I needed someone to be all three! The cars I used during my rental period were just right for me, and he was helpful when I picked up a nail in a tire and had to change cars. I cannot say enough about Cameron--he is a fine example of what a representative should be! Margot Horwitz”
“I’ve rented from this place a few times and never had any issues. I always got a regular mid sized car or mid level SUV. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.”
“Very happy with the work I had done. Called in the morning to drop off my car which needed brakes and it was done within 3 hours. As a woman going in there is always that fear you’re going to be bamboozled, but the price was fair to low and there was never a moment I was talked done to. Will definitely go back for any other work.”
“Customer service is a bomb 10 out of 10 at this location. I will always come back to rent a car from here as long as the young man behind the desk is working here he takes his time out answer any questions that you have we need more customer service like him Thank you so much for your service”
“Awesome customer service and amazing collection vehicles to choose to rent. I was pleased with my experience at this location. The vehicle they had available for me was fantastic due to being AWD. Driving this time of year can be tricky. I didn't need it because it didn't snow;nevertheless, the vehicle was equipped just in case.”
“I WAS GREETED BY CAROLINE SHE WAS AWESOME HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WAS PHENOMENAL, HER PHONE ETIQUETTE WAS GREAT,, SHE REALLY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND SHE ACCOMMODATED MY NEEDS THANKS I APPRECIATE YOU”
“This is the best place to rent a car. If you're like me without a credit card and need a car they are top of the line. They take debit cards or cash for the deposit. Very good customer service! 2 thumbs up.”
“We had such a great and amazing experience we needed a nice large luxury SUV for a wedding we called everywhere no body had any available. When we spoke with Eugene and explained the situation that we needed an SUV for a wedding in 2 days he was able to find us a very nice Esclade when we got there the vehicle was clean shining and ready to go the process was quick and we were off to the wedding. We really appreciate everything they've done for us the best coustumer service. We will be coming back here all the time. Thank you”
“My husband and I only use this Enterprise location when we need to rent a car, be it for his work or when our car is in the shop. Very convenient. They let me leave the rental at the shop when my car was ready to pick up, which made things so much easier. Thanks!”
“Clean vehicle. Fast service when picking up and dropping off the rental. Flexible options for returning the vehicle to a different location than where it was picked up. I would definitely recommend enterprise”
“Rented several times from SIXT and have been very pleased with the entire experience. Nice, new vehicles. Great pricing, enthusiastic staff and easy pickup and return.”
“Rented a car this past weekend for a road trip to the new England area. Reservation, check in process was quick and smooth using the app. Pick up was easy and quick. Customer service at the 30th st location was efficient, professional and quick. The car was great! Drove very nice and smooth. Drop off was easy and painless. On the Shenanigator Scale!! It's worth renting here for your adventures. 5⭐️”
“On Dec 12th i booked a rental car with a one way drop off at the BWI Airport (drop off at Dover, DE). My flight lifted off 2 hours late so I called Budget reservation desk, was told not to worry, car would be available when I landed. After landing, went to BWI Budget desk I was told that my reservation had been dropped when I was 30 minutes late, told the nice gentleman (young, black gentlemen with dreadlocks) that I had called the reservation desk (gave him my reservation number). He found my reservation but it didn't include a one way drop off. Seems the Budget reservation desk had to re-enter my reservation when I was late and didn't catch that it was a one way drop off. The price was over $100 more, not my fault. The nice Budget gentlemen said he'd honor my initial reservation but could not make changes in his system. He said he'd leave a note for the Dover Budget Office and thought it would be ok. It was- kudo's to this gentlemen and to Budget for honoring original price and making a very tired customer super happy.”
“Enterprise is always dependable, professional, and straightforward. There are a handful of good rental companies out there, as well as many that will do anything they can to rip you off, over charge you, or misrepresent their rates. Rent with the no-name places at your own risk. If their rate is substantially cheaper than anyone else’s, there’s almost certainly a hidden cost. I don’t have time or energy to play games. Enterprise is a no-brainer.”
“Always super communicative, flexible and helpful. This was our closest Enterprise until we moved but we still go here because we always have a great experience. Highly recommend”
“Cannot recommend this rental place enough I am here about 3 days a week and the employees are so friendly and always helpful. I look forward to seeing them each time I rent a car. The cars are always clean and ready to go and rarely is it sold out. Without a doubt the best rental company at the train station!!”
