I have never felt the necessity to write a review for any business or restaurant, until now. This Morton branch of Curaleaf is full of knowledgeable, helpful employees who go above and beyond every time I'm there. They take the time to discuss my individual needs to be sure that I get exactly the right product, with the right mix of sativa/indica, because I can be prone to panic attacks. Every single employee (every time I go) takes whatever time necessary to be sure I get the max amount for my dollar, they try to work out sales and find products that are right for me, and also within my budget - NOT TO MENTION how kind and pleasant everyone is. Must mention these people, from the security guard, DYLAN (Dillon?); to customer service reps including AMY; ARADIA; MIKE D. NOAH, MEGAN, and JAH for expertise and customer service. I hesitated to mention anybody, for fear of forgetting another stellar employee. I always feel like my well-being and my relief is important to them, and that's pretty amazing with a business these days. This branch should be commended. I've never met an employee who didn't "wow" me.

Good deals but what I read about working here is absolutely 100% unacceptable. I've applied a 1000 times even with a letter of recommendation the last time and still got instantly denied. But after what I've read I don't think I want to work here anyway. Good luck curaleaf.

The staff at Morton is better than at any other dispensary I've been to. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and I've never had a bad experience there.The only con is that the parking lot can be tough to get into and is somewhat small.

Went in for Black Friday sales and was helped by Meghan. The place was pretty busy as you'd expect, but after placing my order I had a short wait in line and was out of there slightly faster than usual. Meghan was super friendly, and quick as well both of which are very appreciated!

It used to be great here... USED to.They stole loyal customers points with no communication or warning.You order curbside and wait for 20 min before the guard tells you that you would be better off going inside.The staff is friendly but there is ZERO brains in the management, time to go to Clifton

I have never once had bad service here. Andrew was extremely helpful today, and even helped someone else waiting who had technical difficulties. The employees at this facility are wonderful! Always happy to help and educate when asked. They couldn’t be more kind and friendly! I’ve been coming regularly for over a year now and haven’t had any complaints! 10/10 recommend this facility for your needs. Won’t go anywhere else!

The staff is a team of All Stars! From the front door til the time you leave you, there is always a great level of service that other spots just don’t provide. Holding doors. Greeting. Good tips and pointers. I love how friendly everyone always is even when it’s super busy. And reward points kick a$$!!!!!

Today I did an online order. Went to pick it up and was gracious waited on by Mike G. Right after I left I checked the bag and thought I’d been given the wrong product. So I went back inside and Michael immediately came to my aide to see what was wrong. I told him what I thought and he mentioned to me that the product was correct but the package had changed. I was a first time customer to this location. My usual spots are Verilife in Chester or RISE in KOP. I came to Curaleaf because they had a sale on a product I swear by: Dr. Solomon's 400mg Rescue Tincture. From the time I walked in to the time I left, every staff member was helpful and pleasant. Mikey G. explained so much to me about products for pain relief (I suffer from chronic back pain having been through Hodgkin's lymphoma twice). And Amy, who checked me out, told me two incredibly funny and lighthearted stories as I completed my order. I didn't catch the name of the young lady who checked me in at the door, but she had some cool blue hair and was awesome too! It's great to have another local option where I know people actually care about helping patients rather than crossing people who are annoyed if you have questions. I even bought a 1:1:1 pain patch to try thanks to Mikey G.'s recommendation. I had a wonderful experience at Curaleaf and highly recommend folks check it out.

Fantastic. Now hear me out. The outside of the building is imposing. One or two tough looking security guards. They check your medical card and your ID. You get buzzed into an outer office area. They check your cards again and see your status, are you in the system, did you place an online order etc. You pass that you get buzzed into the main dispensary and it's like walking into a Starbucks in 1996. This a compliment. It's hip and very chill. There's tons of people to help you, give recommendations, guide you through the process and highlight their daily and weekly sales. Checking out, your budtender goes over everything, lets you know if you have any rewards or freebies and you just check out and you're on your way. It's a *little* imposing and overwhelming the first time and after that it's like your a member at a private club.
