I love that I can do an Amazon return drop off here, and also check out Sephora and some of the great deals at Kohls. Cash back promos and sales are always good and they have some nice 4th of July decorations at great deals! Our Sephora rep tonight was great, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. And helpful in getting us the best deal on a moderately to high prize item. Thanks!!!

I had a horrible experience are Kohls in Springfield Pa. It began when I was looking at Jean shorts. An employee. Came over to my area and was making noises and comments because the clothes were not in order.. I stated that I’m not like that I put the clothes back how I found them. She continued to make noises. I went to the other side of the display and was looking at other shorts.. The next thing I knew, I heard a loud screech as the employee pushed the display toward me. It was loud! I moved away from the area she was in. This was a very odd experience. Later, As my family and I were checking out, the shorts came up A different price than I thought they were. I walked over to check to see what the price was And it was more than I expected. The shorts on the first display section were on sale when I went to go back the woman who was making the noises and comments. Was rapidly walking to the cash register because they called her for a price check she was very angry as she abruptly walked. She cut in front of me and hit me with the cart. I yelled out ow!!After I Said ow!!! she said, excuse me. We both went over to the cash register and the woman Once again in an extremely tense mode, I said, I can’t believe you hit me with that car And I said, excuse me. I stated yes, after you hit me with the cart, she walked away from me and said she wasn’t dealing with this I asked For a manager, the cashier stated that she just did it by an accident I said if she wasn’t so rude to me over at the display case earlier, I would’ve thought possibly I was not given an apology. I have a bruise on my leg I called and spoke with the manager the next day. He stated that somebody would call me either Sunday or Monday After they have reviewed the videos of the two incidences with the loss prevention manager No one got back to me.

Kohls is great, clean and friendly. Good selection but the check out lines are terrible!!
It’s always at least 15 mins standing in line.

The store is organized and clean. The staff is friendly. Many great selection for dresses. Ms. Robin - the cashier is very pleasant and helpful.

Prices are a bit high but the store is clean. Store returns lately have been store credit. Amazon returns is in the back and it can get busy at times.

Customer service I received from associate, Jay was awesome .She had other jobs that needed to be completed but she took her time with me , while still monitoring the store. She was truly awesome and I appreciate it. Thanks Jay and manager, Ashley who allowed me to express my gratitude about Jay ..

I love this kohls it’s my go to when I shop for clothes for most of the family. The Kohls in Havertown is the best one for teen boys.
