Great experience here. Came in for a quote to replace a tail light assembly, and got upfront & transparent pricing, additional information, and all my questions were answered- they were even able to book me in for the repair the same day I got the part, and it was so quick. The work at Porreca Auto Body is phenomenal. My car was hit while parked. There was a huge dent and driver’s side of bumper was hanging. When Porreca was finished my car looked as good as f I just drove it off the lot from the dealership. Sought an estimate for painting of a fender. Explained my need while the owner stared into his phone, never bothering to look up. He then said "not interested," again continuing to stare into his phone. Maybe the job wasn't important or lucrative enough -- who knows? But I'll never go there again after being treated so unprofessionally.
