‼️BEWARE BLACK & BROWN FOLKS‼️My little sister (B/F/9) and I (B/M/24) were racially profiled in the Sephora section by Kimberly Brown (blonde hair, weird speech). Kim Brown constantly followed me and my sister around as she shopped using her gift card. She spoke & greeted every white customer that was there, but did not speak at all to me & my sister, instead she would stare at us, and then our hands to see if we had anything in them. I asked for a pricecheck, she shook her head side to side, sighed, and the price. She had a problem with us spraying the testers & perfume samples, I informed Kim Brown they existed for a reason. She accused my 9 y.o sister of opening products, we NEVER opened anything and I told Kim Brown that. When we would be in an aisle, suddenly she had a task to complete in that very same aisle. Eventually, after the 6th or 7th comment, I asked for her name and said I would be filing a major complaint on her. My sister was traumatized and I dont want any other Black and/or Brown person to be profiled by Kimberly Brown at the Sephora in Kohls @ Granite Run. Perhaps, management can tell her that if she doesnt like the scents of certain products, she shouldnt work at a job where free samples of said product are being offered. This was by far one of the most blatantly racist experiences I have ever had!

Remodel of store very confusing womens is in 3 different areas of the store girls are all mixed up toddlers in one area little girls mixed with regular girl's.Now for check out they added self check out and the check out Clark was with in arms reach the entire time n when needed assistance was terrible. N for kohl's cash need to put in a emil address to receive. Easier to just use regular check out

Lots of stock, so no problem finding the right size. Changing rooms so you can try garments on too.

I love shopping at Kohl's they always have great bargains. They have a great kitchen section, a nice variety of appliances, utensils and dishes. Overall it's a great place to shop.

This is the worst Sephora, the employees are so rude and unhelpful.

Customer service is horrible. Employees just stare at you, seem lazy, and barely want to help. Store is small and out of stock of pretty much everything.
