Worst ever and they're scamming citizens by taking vehicles to their impound lot for "emergencies calls by police to up charge a substantial fee daily incited and the owners and drivers are aggressive and arrogant even to a fellow tow driver.. I was applied at this company level of responsibility

This company was great. I called them to help one of my drivers with an issue on his semi-truck. The gentlemen I spoke to Mike was very nice and helpful. Also, my driver said the mechanic that performed the road service was very nice and he knew what he was doing. They fixed my drivers truck and got him back on the road. I will definitely use them again. I would recommend they to anyone!!

Great people. Wally came and get me out of a ditch when TRIPPLE A TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT COME BECAUSE THEY HAD NO DRIVERS IN POCONO SUMMIT. WHAT A JOKE TRIPPLE A IS. NEVER WILL JOIN THEM AGAIN. BUT RLE TOWING WAS THERE FOR ME. THANK GOD. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN. THANKS AGAIN WALLY.

How long is the “construction” going to take in Dunmore?! Can’t park in my drive way now for 3 weeks because you park your equipment on the road. Now you can’t park on the street even when you aren’t working. This is absurd. You do realize people have to park their cars by their homes?! Can’t wait til you’re done with this nonsense.

My car broke down on 380 in the pouring rain. It took literally one phone call and the guy was there in 30 minutes. Prompt and courteous. Price was fair and service was quick. Just what you need when you're stuck on the side of the road in bad weather.

I mean what can I say? EVERYONE I've dealt with at RLE have been professional, friendly, and helpful. I deal with them alot at my business and they are awesome. On top of that they have capabilities other companies don't, most can't even come close. Great guys and great company.

First experience with one of the sub contractor towers from RLE. Wally saved the day! My girlfriend's car broke down an hour away from home and called Triple AAA, whom promised a tow within an hour. She waited almost 2hrs in a shady parking lot. I told her to call a nearby towing company instead, drove to pick her up and when I got there , Wally from RLE had also just got there.
