They never answer the phone! And mis deliver mail and packages all the time! And they refuse to retrieve the misdelivered packages and make the customers deal with the problem with the companies! And that is very hard. We don't get the sale price on a second order or they are out of stock or we get banned from ordering any more! Their carelessness caused prices to go up on things!!

This Moscow from 18444 is the most unprofessional post office. Be aware of your mail & packages. They do not care if your confidential mail or any packages are delivered. They are disrespectful & hang up on customers. Do not trust the post master he is the #1 rude leader who says he does not care for anyone's packages.
If you have any issues with this post office do not call the 1-800-275-8777 number because it would go back to the same post office .
Only call the USPS in Philadelphia investigator at (215-863-6060) They would call you back & investigate all issues. It's time we report all these jokers a.k.a federal workers that are irresponsible with our important mails & packages.
They are other post offices that are great & responsible & take their job seriously & care for our mails, package & are respectful. For example: The Hamlin post office at 18427 are awesome. Shame on Moscow 18444 no wonder they have a rating of 1.9 ridiculous

Unsure of why the ratings are so low. I actually really like this post office, have always been treated well and the post master is a great guy.

This post office is an absolute joke. Anything that they dont feel like delivering, even if it is in there area, they just return to sender. This office is the peak of laziness and should be fired

Never delivered on Sunday with packages. Unless you call what the problem. Always behind always push off as long as they can. I have had so many things saying arriving today and not showing up till three days later and If it’s around any holidays, forget it.

I’ve been calling the past few days and all I get is an automated messaging system. There number needs to be updated to the 570 area code one. When I tried to call that number, I keep getting the voicemail. No one has returned my calls or even picked up.

I wish there was something in negative stars this is ridiculous. I have been fighting with this post master and our carrier jack because he is incompetent and refuses to deliver my packages or my certified letters to my door. I have been told my driveway is too long if there is any snow or rain Jack refuses to deliver and apparently this is OK with the postmaster, the union and their safety people this past week alone I’ve had to make four trips to the post office to pick up packages. One package is apparently lost somewhere in their building. I have complained to so many people, and this has fallen on deaf ears all I get from the higher ups is that they are afraid of the mail carrier union and they can’t do anything about this. I guess it’s time to notify the media to show how incompetent the Moscow Pennsylvania post office really is

This post office is the worst . Have not received my mail in over a week. They do not answer the phone. They don’t even come passed my house to tell if I have outgoing mail. I would give them a negative number if I could. When ever I did get through and talked to the post master she was really rude and most of the time unhelpful

I wish I could have given them less than one star they don’t even deserve one. Always never delivering my packages . The USPS is like salt without savor , like ordering a hot beverage and receiving it like warm! Get it together guys and do right by the Citizens of this great country ! Shame on you !

Last year I didn't receive mail for days at a time. This year, the entire year I have received mail. New Postmaster has even delivered a few times. Just saw him delivering packages. Old Postmaster would NEVER do this. She was quite snarky when I complained about how bad things were.
