“The Manheim, PA location is great. I love the staff. No nonsense but super helpful when needed. I’ve never had an issue here. I mail packages a lot and used to dislike going to the post office in another town I lived in that I won’t mention here, so when I moved here I was skeptical coming here but it’s definitely a huge difference! Never thought I’d say this but it’s actually nice coming here! Thanks to all those who work here for your customer service! “My experience yesterday was great. I left this office & realized I hadn’t taped the return boxes shut. Because I’m used to how ups doesn’t always use the box u bring it in. I called them frantically. It was over $ 100.00 in lip stick. They found the 3 boxes & taped them shut for me. I am so grateful. Plus I always find the clerks to be very knowledgeable no matter what the transaction. Thank you Roy for all your help. He even called me to say it was taken care of.”

“The United States Postal Service on 8th Street in Lebanon, Pennsylvania has been at that location since around the time I was a young child, over the years they were changes, but I had the opportunity to meet with most of the Mail carriers and I must admit some are the most respectful and responsible people I had the opportunity to get to know. The United States Postal Service has been around since the beginning of the Pony express. I'm not a person who likes to not talk negatively about anyone or anything. What fascinates me is the saying that a Postman will deliver your mail no matter what the weather conditions are because that's part of the Postman's duties. No matter what or how you feel about anything, you should always be kind to everyone no matter what you feel about someone.”

“Went to our local post office just to drop off some mail. Their printers were down at that time. That can cause issues for a lot of people. Sometimes there's a long line to wait as they have one counter open sometimes. But employee wise, they've always treated me nice.”
