Went there to turn in a battery on their buy back program. I brought in a marine battery. I did not know that could not be returned. The employee who was not in uniform and not wearing a name tag raised his voice at me when I didn't understand what he initially said. The manager who is always rude, wearing blue jeans and an untucked shirt, said we only take car batteries. I just think they should be nicer. I will be telling all my friends and business contacts to give their business to the etown store. The manager there is respectful and knows how to treat customers.

Very nice place, but it's a new store, so it should be nice. The employees were very nice and helpful!

While I arrived just when they were opening at 7:30am, Tim still made sure to open the door and welcome me with a kind and helpful attitude! I typically don't write reviews; however, Tim deserves recognition for providing me the best customer experience I've ever received in a parts store. Very knowledgeable and his recommendations were based on my needs, not his preferences. That's a unique quality. Thanks for everything, Tim!

I needed to prove I purchased oil for my car in order to file a class action suit with Hyundai. Loss would have been in the thousands to me. Mike and Karen spent 20-30 minutes were instrumental in helping me research and locate my purchase from months ago. They went above and beyond. Thank you Advance Auto!!

If you like to see burnouts this is the store to be at gotta look good when buying parts and of course leaving the store lol dangerous in my opinion i since raised my review stars is because Karen is a good manager

It’s nice to have Advanced auto parts store right across the street. Usually parts are available and staff are friendly and do their best to help you. If you have issues returning products for refunds calling the one 800 number usually gets the problem solved. Thanks to all the staff who try to do their best each and every day. Yes,,,,,customers,,,, can get rather nasty and unfriendly at times. Hang in there staff members and get your manager if you need help with unruly customers. Just remember,,, BE NICE?

Stopped by to get a quart of ?️ for my car. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the brands of oil they carry.

Just so you know they don't return electronic parts even if they sold it to you with there advanced computer tellin you it's works for your car so make sure it fits your car and you can't return it to another store if the person at the counter is a j*** according to there policy makes u not wanna buy stuff from here terrible customer service even when ther wrong .
