Tyrell (Ty) was the man. Welcoming and extremely helpful. He walked us through the transfer account process and helped us get my new phone set up in less than 30 minutes. He explained the breakdown of payments, where to save a few $ moving forward and provided his card for any future questions. Store of choice moving forward.
