This store is a complete disaster. There is no cashier and the self checkout is not working. Forget scheduling a vaccine unless you have time to burn because your appointment means nothing. Also when you are waiting many sick people will be standing in line coughing on you. Also people who came in after you will be helped first. Come at your own risk.

This CVS has by far the most incompetent employees working for the pharmacy that I have ever seen in my life. I've had miscounted pills, I've had prescriptions not transferred correctly, I have had them deny refills that they had no authority to deny, my doctor has to continuously call to tell them how to do their jobs, it is like have a staff of Joe Bidens behind the counter. AVOID if you can.

BEWARE. Absolutey awful pharmacy. At least half of the staff is extremely rude especially Wayne and Charlene. Multiple instances of saying I recieved medicine when I had not. Someone has sticky fingers. We have escalated our situation in reporting it to the higher ups and there will hopefully be an internal investigation. Never go here if you don't want to be accused and berated and left without life sustaining medication.

It would not surprise me if cvs eventually goes out of business. Many shelves are empty and disorganized. There is one person left to work the store. No cashiers present, only self checkout. Self checkout notoriously has issues. Prices and sales do not ring up correctly. All the above issues literally occurred in one visit, and lately has been typical. Fyi, on my previous visit, I just wanted to buy milk, and the milk was actually chunky. CVS also did not renew their contract with United Healthcare, so I can't even fill prescriptions anyway. What in the world is happening to CVS? They used to be a good place to go.

The place is packed with product, boxes all over and the product is over stacked on shelves (making a hazard if you remove the lower item). The pharmacy is slow, I was there when they opened at 9AM with a new RX, sat their waiting and my RX was filled at 9:58 (I suspect it would have been later if I had not asked for a status update after 30 minutes). It appears to me that they have a FIFO approach and even if you are the the only one waiting, you wait until your number comes up, I went there because of insurance restrictions, with my usual pharmacy, even with a new RX, I'd have been out of there in 10 minutes. Would not recommend them to anyone, go elsewhere if you can.

I've had bad experiences with my CVS before in the past but my latest experience with them takes the cake. About a month ago I ordered a 3 month supply of my medication and was charged for the full supply. But, when it arrived in the mail I only received one month. I called in to try and correct the order and talked to a very nice pharmacy tech who let me know that they would correct the error and send out the rest of my medication ASAP. Cue three weeks later and I'm down to my last few pills - still no refill. So, I call in again today only to find out that the order cannot be delivered and that I'll have to pick it up. I'm immunocompromised so I haven't left my house in over a month and get everything delivered to me on the advice of my doctor. The tech I spoke to today was awful. No apology for their error and she was completely nonchalant about requiring me to come in to pick up my order. Absolutely terrible customer service. But of course, CVS doesn't care and I have limited options to go elsewhere. Awesome.

This store is sometimes fine and other times not. The staff - sometimes helpful other times irritating. The prices - sometimes good most times too high. Make your own opinion.
