The pharmacists here work incredibly hard and do a fantastic job. The store is well-organized and consistently clean. The only real downside is sometimes the checkout staffing, but that’s likely due to the shift toward self-checkout—which is happening everywhere.
One thing that really stands out to me is how poorly some customers treat the staff. It’s honestly frustrating to witness. Despite that, the team remains patient and professional, and I really respect them for it.
Not trying to stir the pot, but this is a well-run pharmacy. If someone’s unhappy, it might be more about their own situation than the service itself. I place my order and it’s ready by the time I pull up to the drive-thru—no issues at all.
I genuinely don’t understand the low-star reviews.

The staff for the store and the pharmacy have zero personality. If you don't like your job, get another one. Maybe a better selection policy. CVS, do better!

Pharmacy dept is terrible for customer service. I was given a different generic which I was not notified first. He said I should have been but told him when I picked it up no one told me. Pharmacist would not make it right. I will be contacting cvs corporate and mt insurance.

Only because you have to select at least one star. DMV has more personality and customer service than this poor facility. I love Mount Joy! We are a friendly community! Unfortunately CVS must have recruited outside the borough for employees and pharmacists! Sadly, the pharmacists are the problem. If only one of these highly educated professionals had a scintilla of self and other’s awareness, they could rule the town with their corporate heft.

-0 stars if possible . Pharmacy is freaking rude . Lazy . No customer service at all . Every single time I come here they are miserable. Nasty attitude.
Your job seems to be simple . Nice temperature you get to stand walk sit have drinks on hand idk why yall have nasty attitudes for . Quit if you don’t like your job .
Rant over . Sorry they just really piss me off every time I go .

If you need help finding an item after looking yourself for 5 minutes, ask them, they will tell you, If we have it, it's out there!🤣🤣🤣

I like going to CVS farmacy. I love using my reward coupons and some good deals. Even the prices are a little high, but using my coupons and extra bucks rewards I'm happy with my purchases. Sometimes the coupon machine doesn't work and nobody fixes it that makes me a little unhappy. Most of the staff are nice except one person. He is always in a bad mood and when you need help he does help you in a bad way. Otherwise I love going CVS!

Pharmacy is short staffed but always friendly. Never had a problem getting ahold of a someone at the pharmacy for questions. My medicine is also promptly filled.

I just needed allergy medicine that they keep behind the counter and I totally understood that they closed in 3 minutes and I apologized. I was not aware I needed ID to purchase it so I had to run back out to my car to grab it which the lady helping me gave me attitude for not knowing this and I came back and she had closed the register after I said I’ll go grab it quick which is just poor customer service.
