Great food and great manager (Charlie). This is one of the best Dunkin locations in Lancaster. Hoping for this manager to be kept at this location. This guy is on top of things and is a great leader. Job well done Charlie.

We used our Dunkin points, and they didn't work correctly. We needed to call Dunkin to get our points restored. Our points had been deducted from our account. However, in lieu of our free drink, it only ended up taking off fifty nine cents.

Great staff, excellent latte with half the pumps! Solid breakfast sandwich for the money. My first sour cream donut was surprisingly good. Why did I wait so long?!

The 3 times ive been here they don't give you all the items, my fault I don't look before I leave I suppose. Also ordered door dash once and ended up having to go there because they forgot my sandwich and 2 of the workers were blaming doordash but is it really doordashes fault?

The place doesn't get cleaned properly. The staff just wants to party. Bee's flying around in donut case. When you say anything. They claim it do to the trees. But they make no effort to do anything about it. The last time I worked there. One employee was spraying cleaner around the hot food area. With open containers sitting out. One employee was spraying cleaner at other employees in their. They also release you from your job. But don't tell you it happen. I'm sure the new manager they hired to close has something to do with it I recommend going to the Elizabethtown location.

Staff is not customer friendly at all, no one seems to have any motivation at this place. Constantly getting orders wrong, and seems like no one is eager to help you. Today was the last time I will buy anything from this location. Returned home with a coffee I bought this morning, and transferred it to my yeti. When I poured it out there was a fly in the bottom of the dunkin cup. Absolutely disgusted right now... I called to follow up with this issue, and the manager didn't seem to concerned with my findings. He offered me another coffee, no refund was offered though. Won't risk going back to an unsanitary establishment. Just want a refund.

Yuck! The cinnamon roll tasted stale and the service was poor. We attemped to checkout using their automated service, but it didn't work and we stood there waiting for the girl behind the counter. When we finally were acknowledged, we ordered. Asked for a glass of water and was offered a bottle for $1.25. We declined. Then, we gave $1 to the charity they were supporting and was presented with a coupon for $1 off our next purchase. Something is definitely wrong here.

I come every Friday before work and order the same thing, coffee, sandwich and 2 donuts. Every time, every single time, they put the chocolate iced donuts face down in the bag making all the icing stuck to the bottom.

I went through the drivethru this morning. Ordered iced coffee, cake donut, and cream filled donut. She said Chocolate Cake donut? I said no, regular. She said glazed, I said yes. No comment regarding creme filled. When I got home, I had a regular glazed donut [not cake] and a chocolate covered Boston cream. Very disappointed with the communication [or lack of].

FRUSTRATING!! I never get what I ordered. This happens all the time… I ordered an everything bagel and an ice tea and the couldn’t even get that correct. I give up , no more will support this

No matter how many times you repeat your order at the drive thru they ALWAYS get it wrong. And I’m not talking about big orders - usually a bagel and a beverage. Been to a lot of DDs over the years… this one has proven to be most disappointing. Sadly, this is the only Dunks for miles. After the debacle this morning, we won’t be visiting this location again. I would recommend checking your order before driving away from the window.
