We had a great stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. It was definitely a popular spot during our visit, with lots of kids and families around, but everything was well-maintained and the staff was friendly.
The only downside was breakfast. The poor attendant was clearly overwhelmed and he didn’t have any help. As soon as breakfast opened, the food was gone almost immediately, and it was tough to get anything without a long wait. He needed one person to handle wiping off tables, one person attending to trash, and one person to handle replenishing food.
When I checked in they immediately asked if we wanted housekeeping service, I declined. If that question was meant for labor and staffing, maybe reassigning people to help in the breakfast area next time?
That said, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back—hopefully with a bit more support for the breakfast team next time!

The hotel was very modern, clean and well taken care of. The rooms were also clean, modern and well taken care of. Breakfast was okay but exactly what you would expect. I would definitely stay here again.

Honestly this is probably the most efficiently run hotel I have ever stayed in. The desk was manned by two people at all times, the male manager on duty dressed professionally and ran his hotel as such. It was the cleanest hotel ever, great amenities, actually had a noise curfew and they enforced it!!! I wish there were more hotels around like this one!! Hands down the best!!!!

Stay here for work alot can't beat it lots of parking easy to get to right off the highway sheetz right across the street. Rooms are always clean staff is always very nice. Even have rig parking in the back.

The doors could close a little bit quieter, all night. I heard guests door slamming throughout the hallway. A quiet closed door system would definitely benefit that

The hotel was great and same with the food but the staff were wonderful. All the staff were great and very kind whether it was the people working at the front desk or managing food. I think I’m spelling this wrong but Jenay working in room service was just wonderful. She was lively friendly and very nice; she and all of the employees made my holiday in experience great.

Beware of "group rates" at this hotel. They guaranteed our large travel group attending a tournament over the weekend a discounted rate. When booked at this rate, they told one parent that her confirmation email was not accurate and it was a scam. Coming from the manager who supposedly set those rates. When asked why my link and code were not offering the supposed discounted rate that she received, they informed me it was because we had different rooms, which is untrue. We booked the same room at the same time. They then told me an inflated price and acted as if I was getting a discounted rate. I checked the price for the evening on their direct website... another lie. I will never book here again.

We have stayed here since it opened. It is clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. Good location too in Mt Joy.Food & drinks: Breakfast buffet provided but a number of mom and pop restaurants nearby.

Needed a room. Went to holiday inn. I was told this is a tourist hotel. We don't rent to locals. You have to be kidding! It's their policy??? It's not tourist season and there's NO cars in the parking lot, not a one. All them rooms open and they won't rent me a room just because I'm local! I had been up for 34 hours and needed a place to sleep. my credit card works. Slept in my truck and it was 80 degrees at midnight. Thanks for nothing! Bigots...

Staff was by fair the best staff i have encountered at a holiday inn for sure! Really made the team feel welcomed for sure! Clean rooms, hot breakfast included. No disappointed whatsoever. The pool was working all elevators were working.ONLY default is the walls are paper thin and you can hear people's conversations with ease.Other than that i am so happy the managers were easily able to find and they were actively involved it was so nice to see.We will 100% be choosing this hotel as our go to hotel when in Manheim, PA.

This hotel is immaculately clean! One would think it was relatively new (I did)! But this hotel has been open at least five years.The staff is very friendly and efficient.There is a wonderful outdoor area off the back of the lobby where you can eat your breakfast, read a book or just enjoy the sunshine.There is a very small indoor pool.I highly recommend this location for your next stay in the area.Rooms: Rooms are very clean and comfortable.Nearby activities: You are within 30 minutes to all the major attractions in the Lancaster area including Kitchen Kettle Village, Shady Maple Smorgasbord, Antique Stores, Dutch Wonderland and much more.
