ABSOLUTE WORST! Use extreme caution when taking vehicles there. Will charge $250 just to look at the vehicle and then threaten to not release vehicle UNLESS YOU PAY! No work done to vehicle. To which I do understand, but no, if and or buts its $250! ...so pay up or else. Keith was extremely rude! not helpful!

Keith and his team are AWESOME. My company uses interstate for fleet vehicles, but when my personal car had a last minute issue, Keith got my car in next day for evaluation. His team worked fast to keep me on the road when I needed to be with open communication throughout the entire process!

I absolutely recommend having your vehicle serviced at Interstate. From the first contact with Keith the experience was smooth and painless. Very thorough evaluation of the vehicle with an email containing pictures of the multipoint inspection. Very satisfied!

Called around because I needed a part put on my car for a decent price. I contacted interstate and they said they would have no problem putting it on for me at a reasonable price. I was very happy with service and was done in a few days.

Keith at Interstate Service Center knows how to keep my 10 year old Subaru running like a champ! They even buffed my headlights twice now, within the past few years, to save me from having to buy new ones which are extremely expensive. If you’re looking for a reputable place that provides fantastic service for a reasonable price this is the place to go! You will not be disappointed. ?

Keith is the point man and main communicator at this garage. My car had several warning lights come on at once. Was told I needed a new part. Total job would cost 3 GRAND!! This is for a brand new part and labor. The cost is the cost so that wasn't the issue. But after some research I found another option. I could get the part repaired for less than $300. I called Keith (excitedly about this option) and asked him if he could take the part out and plug it back in after its repaired. Obviously I would pay for this labor. And the repair shop guarantees a 5 day turn around.Keith gave me a sigh and said "then the car would have to sit here." Yes the car would sit for about a week. Granted there is a huge parking lot area that will fit my small sedan. He said he "had to think about it" and would call me back.I never received a call back. Just a random text asking how the service was for diagnosing the problem which cost me over $150.Again the cost is the cost for things. But if there is a chance for me to save thousands of dollars and for the garage to not want to help me out. That speaks volumes.I called 2 other garages the next day and they were happy to accommodate, no problem.
