At 6pm on a Monday night when many other restaurants are closed, Issac’s was empty. That was hint one. Menu pictures and choices were very uninviting. Hint two. Asked the server for a burger medium, no cheese. Reply: “All our burgers are pre cooked.” In other words you get it Issac’s way, not the customer’s. And that’s what you call a “craft kitchen?” Walked out never to return and found a good place to eat in Manheim. Issac’s rates worse than McDonalds or Subway. And you have to work hard to be worse than that.

Love eating here every time I'm in town for work. Great place, friendly staff, awesome food and cold drinks.

A warmed up roast beef and cheddar sandwich with a small bag of chips and a small pickle for $15.00 is insanity....this is Isaac's. I get times are tough but that's ridiculous. Feeding two people little more than a sandwich and a few chicken tenders for $43.33. I feel like I just got robbed.

We only had a few beers. But it was enjoyable. The atmosphere was good. Waitress was nice and attentive. But not overly attentive. Lol The beer was good. I recommend it. The food we did see come out of the kitchen looked good.

Okay food, absolutely terrible value. Literally nowhere else comes to mind where you get less for what you pay. Here is my $18 meal - it was a 5 inch sandwich that was mostly just bread with maybe 2-3 oz of meat. I thought I got pranked when I opened this, I asked where the other half was.... this was it for $18. That "sandwich" and a $0.10 bag of chips and a small pickle.

Isaac's has a fun menu. The names are fun with some usual sandwich combinations. Others are fun combinations that their name indicates Sub loaf, thick bread, and pretzel buns are the sandwich bread.Their soups are unique in my experience Pepper Jack cheese soup is Dad's favorite. In good weather on weekdays it can get busy for lunch. The service is good. They were short-handed the first time I went. I was pleasantly surprised it barely affected the service or food preparation. The prices are a bit higher than I like but not so high that I won't be a repeat customer. I enjoyed my lunch

Wanted a quart of tortellini salad and before taking the order he made sure to check to make sure there was enough. Then when I gave my phone number for my loyalty account he took the time to go to the bank and reactivate it so I got points from this purchase. He went above and beyond and was just genuinely kind. Great experience overall just from that interaction and I haven't even tried the pasta yet.

Food quality was not great for the price. Would like them to be to pay at the table or at checkout.I didn't like that the waiter took my card away from the table to run my card, ran it and then waited on another table before brining it back to me.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian sandwich was olives and lettuce. Not what the menu said but I find that in other restaurants as well.

One of my favorite restaurants to eat. I love catching a good soup especially since it’s getting cooler out. I love the appetizers they have especially the cheese curds! Don’t miss those when you order! Eating in you get the pickled appetizers too! Come get some pickles and a great sandwich.

Solid sandwich place that's part of a shrinking local chain, Issac's used to be all over central PA. Recently though their locations are dwindling as more and more chains open in the area. This is one of the last ones I know of outside of Lancaster City and the surrounding area. (Used to have 2-3 locations in Harrisburg and 2 in Hershey, all of since have closed) It's a nice change from the Panera's and McAlister Deli's in the area and I love the local aspect/bird theme. Sandwiches and wraps are always flavorful and their sides and free pickle mix are a plus. Staff are always friendly and helpful each time we went . Unfortunately that's where the positives stop. Recently their menu is all over the place, now offering burgers, pizzas, fried appetizers, everything Issac's used to not offer as it was a DELI. They also removed the option to swap out their chips for veggies and the price of swapping a side for the chips has gone up as well. On a recent trip we noticed the prices have increased $2-$3 a sandwich but portions are shrinking. We still plan on stopping in if we get the urge for a good sandwich but if prices continue to increase and the menu keeps changing with more "pub" offerings I think we'll be going elsewhere.

Got Isaac's to provide lunch two days in a row for a work audit. Both experiences were great. The online order was accurate, well presented, and ready on time. The staff had everything prepared on arrival and tagged correctly. They were also extremely welcoming and accommodating.Wont hesitate to return.Vegetarian options: Available
