Super friendly and knowledgeable about RC products. The track was wet however, the crawling rocks were fun to run our TRX4's. The shop was packed with accessories and general maintenance items to keep you on the track or trail for hours of fun.

First off let me Begin by mentioning the owner and his kindness and customer service which are both top notch. Also the shop itself has a wide selection of parts and vehicles to select. There is also a track outside that is for use to patrons and as well as racing events. I highly recommend this store

First time walking back into this establishment under new ownership and Wow 👌 I was met by the New Owner Shane as I walked in he was already lifting his head and stopped everything he was doing to greet me with a happy and exciting mood ready and willing to help me asking how my afternoon was going.. That Means A Lot To Me!.. And after a long Honest Conversation with Shane. I Feel that I was talking to NOT!! just a business man how's trying to make money... BUT A FRIEND!!.. How understands US. You and Me the Real RC World.. People who walk into his Pitstop Hubby Shop and Racetrack!! Are Truly Treated with a Honest and excited owner and Fellow RC Racer! I know where I will be going for all my RC needs and will by Coming to Race on the Track!!.. COME ON SPRING we are waiting !! LOL Thank you for everything I Experienced Walking into your shop! New to the game. And the guy pushed me away and was very rude. Been to the store a few times and it’s the same every time. I’ll travel the extra 15 mins to go elsewhere. Terrible shop.

I was just at the store and tried to return a product with a receipt, now the product was open, however I did reseal it up very nicely and there was no damage to the product, I didn't even use the product and also I was going to purchase another product, but he would not return my item, so needless to say I didn't buy anything from him and won't ever be going there again. Plus the dude didn't give very good customer service he jumped away from me to help someone else, not good buisness. This "mom and pop shop" will suffer with this type of behavior. Online buisness for me from here on out!

Bad customer service! Answered the phone in the middle of helping us. Would not return item with receipt. Would not recommend shopping here!

Awesome shop! Great prices! The owner was very accessible, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me and my son upgrade our Traxxas battery pack and charger.

Purchased my xrt and charger here . I’ll tell you , I did not feel very welcomed here . The dude at the register had horrible customer service , there was no welcome how are you or nothing . Even asking him if they had Apple Pay it seem as if I was bothering him . Smh . They got alot of stuff here , wish my first experience as a black person here didn’t feel like just that though . .. but it did .
