A bank that doesn't have cash. What's the point. Close this branch.

It was a ridiculous waste of time going to this location when they don't have a teller counter or drive thru that can assist you with withdrawals that are over the ATM limit. Then they look at you like you spoke Chinese when you thought a bank branch would have a teller counter or the ability to withdrawal your money in any other way than with an ATM. Had to drive the entire way down Centerville Road to get cash out which took over 40 minutes around 3pm. It appears I need to switch banks now that I've discovered the "branch" closest to me doesn't have more than an ATM.

I live very close to this PNC Branch, I recently entered the physical lobby to get small bills for change for my garage sale and they directed me to the ATM in that lobby where I could get 1’s, 10’s, 20’s and 50’s BUT NOT 5’s! So I asked if the humans working could exchange some of my bills for $5 bills, they said they could not. Also, the ATM only feeds out 40 bills at a time so I had to take my ATM card out, put it back in, enter my pin, go to the screen to select my bill of choice (I chose 1’s) then had to press the + button 40 times to get $40 in 1’s. I monopolized that machine for probably 10 minutes. So, what exactly is the purpose of this Mount Joy bank branch if I can’t get a hold of any denomination of US Currency by an actual human being? Seems a little redundant, also seems a little illegal as I want access to my money in specific denominations and can’t do that AT MY BANK.Also, if I were a Teller or employee of the MJ Branch, I’d be reading the writing on the wall because it seems to appear that you’re becoming obsolete if Corporate expects an ATM to do your job.I also recently had to drive 10 miles (Fruitville Pike Branch) out of my way to use an actual teller to exchange my change rolls for paper money. Sure, I could go to a Coinstar but I enjoy rolling my coins manually as I’ve been doing it alongside my dad since I was a little kid.Not sure what the ultimate plans are for the MJ PNC Branch but if this continues, I’ll be looking for another bank because this one, which is closest bank in MJ to my house, is no longer meeting my needs for banking and I shouldn’t have to drive out of my way to have those banking needs met.

No longer a bank, just an atm. If you need the services of a real bank you’re out of luck.

Used to be a good branch with friendly tellers but not since someone decided to make the switch to all electronic. Where's the basic human interaction?Let's face it, no one that goes to or went feels like an actual customer/ person anymore. Just some random number.

This branch only does ATM withdrawals and deposits, they actually have a whole building for just ATM services. This branch should not even exist, complete waste of a building.

Its no longer a "real" bank. All deposits and withdrawals are via the ATM. Need more to take out or deposit more than you ATM card allows and youll need to go to a "real" location. I also shouldnt need an appointment to walk into my bank for normal reasons.

If I could give them zero stars I would. PNC has done an awful job at filing necessary claims for my stolen money and had at this point refuse to return the money stolen. I have been in and out of contact with them since February of this year over this issue. The issue always seems to get resolved until it comes to them handing my money back to me, and then they disappear and for some reason I have to restart the whole process because it’s not in their system. Extremely upset over this situation and how they are going about it. I also do not like how certain employees have accused me of not spending my money wisely (as if it matters to them and as if I spend my money at all), and then are shocked when they realize it’s not possible for someone to spend 2.50 and .89 more then once on a daily basis with the occasional large ATM withdrawal. To then have the audacity to tell me I have to pay back any and all overdraft fees.

I’ve been coming here for 4-5 years and love the people who work here. I never had a problem like others have said. I use to drop my paycheck weekly and say hi and they would always remember me! Then as I don’t need to come weekly now anymore they still remember me. They make me feel loved and they do their job very nicely!

Every time I've gone in, the folks are friendly and quick to help. Covid rules are in place currently, but waiting markers are clearly visible and easily followed.

Literally the closest location to Maytown/Marietta and it's a good 15 minute drive. The drive up windows take forever and PNC as a whole almost always has problems with their ATM. Have had bad experiences with PNC prior, this might make me change my bank permanently.

Once bank is great!!!! The best part is no matter what at you used in the world you will always be reimbursed the ATM fee you payed. Always. So pretty much using any ATM is free. Is automatic too you don't gotta call in and ask for refund they just do it because they're just great!

The manager was prejudice! He didn't treat me or my family with respect or like a valued customer.also i arrived early for my 11am appointment and still was waiting 10minutes afterwards. I will be taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone about my poor experience.

I've always had a good experience here. Sometimes there is a short wait, but each person gets the time they need. Can't argue with that!
