As for a new management there has been very very good transition from one owner until another.

When Tim was there he was so great! He was very understanding and worked with me. Now there's no one there and it's all automated. I miss the in person contact. Overall the storage is great and even the people who run this facility over the phone are nice.

I haven’t had much experience with the new owners, but the previous owners and the on-site manager Tim were great. I am disappointed that the rate has increased.
