Customer service is highly lacking when they make your order incorrectly or do not actually put all of your items in the bag that you paid for in a pickup order. Even when not busy, the service is highly lacking. Hoping to see a change soon as it is the closest location to me.

Don't come here for food if ya wanna get your food quick. I work in the area never seems to fail waiting forever to get your food. Last waiting little over 20 min for chicken strips and fries was the only person in there around midnight unreal.

I work in Mount joy, Pa, relatively close to the Sheetz. When I don't feel like making my lunch, I know that Andi and her crew have my back. They not only make my salad..they make the most PERFECT salad ever. The banana peppers, guacamole, more than usual cheeses and pickles. I never have to wait for my food either, this staff has the speed and hospitality to make a great team! Thank you, Mount Joy Sheetz...and Andi's team!! You guys rock!! :)

Customer service can make or break a business, but one assistant in a large chain can get overlooked...... I am going through a very emotional point in my life, and this Sheetz is the closest to the Hospice facility my wife is a patient in. She requested "my tea" lipton pure leaf, sweet. I also needed something having forgotten when I had last eaten. Being 62 and "old school" i get intimidated by the automated ordering. One assistant passed by as I struggled, Eric came from his register to help and to listen. He was what i needed at that moment, thank you. If he continues to show such empathy and concern for his companies customers, he should be recognized for his exemplary representation of the Sheetz family.
This store should be aware of its location in proximity to the hospice facility, and the staff should maybe made aware of the potential emotionally charged customer they may be serving. Eric could is a valuable asset to Sheetz, who could teach others how to treat customers.
