The “mechanics” here have to be scam artists, because I can’t see any other way you could be so bad at something so easy. When they changed the oil on my car (their namesake, by the way) they forgot to screw the protective cover back on on the bottom of my car, and it fell off while my mother was driving the car. Went to a different mechanic and he quoted me $200 for the screws I needed because my car was European. If I messed up this badly at my job I would be fired on the spot for incompetence.

No sure how proud I would be to take advantage of a kid that comes for an oil change and tell them they are having issues with the battery. Never once had any issue with it. Cause he doesn’t know any better you charge him for a battery. Wouldn’t consider coming there again! This I isn’t the first time! I’m way smarter than you when you tried it on me! I wouldn’t give you a star! Wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone!Service: Oil change

In for an oil change. Nice people that work there. Got right in and was treated well, prices were fair.

I've been there a few times prior for a few reasons:1) Family Owned2) Local Economy3) No Appointment Necessary4) Affordable (cheaper than the dealer)HOWEVER . . . .My last visit will be just that. After receiving an oil change there, I had new tires mounted on the vehicle the next day at a tire center. The technician informed me that I had a major oil leak and requested me to accompany him to my vehicle up in air on a lift. He wanted to show me how the oil was dispensed underneath the car all throughout it to the rear. The oil was dripping off the oil pan tray once removed. The technician informed me to take it back to where the oil change was performed.I immediately drove the car home and then saw the oil puddles in my garage.I canceled my service orders for the next day due to mechanical problems. I took the vehicle in and was informed that their technician had damaged the oil filter gasket after replacing it the previous day. They would take care of it, I was told. After an interminable wait, I was informed that my vehicle was "finished, and it would be no charge for the service."I had already figured that.I was more curious to how they would handle such a mishap to a customer's vehicle and what remedy would be offered . . .NOTHINGI walked out with an invoice of their error and the repair at no charge.Should have made an appointment with the dealer. However, in their defense . . . sometimes you get what you pay for in one's quest to save a buck.Caveat Emptor

Needed an emergency oil change with a car I had just bought. They got me in right before closing. Excellent service. Will definitely use again, hopefully not on short notice.

Great place to stop in and do a quick oil change. Usually have to wait about an hour depending on how many people are before you. Nice and painless - pull up in the back, go in and wait in the waiting room.

I've taken both my cars for oil changes here the past few years. Always fast reliable service. Had a small miscommunication with an ac service and they took care of it right away for me. Very apologetic, kind, and fast to take care of my issue. I really appreciate the time they took to fix it and not take advantage like some other places would.

Brought my Van in over a week ago for alternator replacement on a Tuesday. Was told they would have the part and fix it by that Friday. Friday comes and I call and they said UPS delivered the box damaged and part was damaged . They told me I could come pick it up and part would be in on Tuesday. I told them to keep it as I couldn’t keep battery charged and the car would just turn off, it wasn’t safe to drive.I called them a few times for updates, which was hard to get through to anyone. Called Tuesday and was told it would be ready late that afternoon. I came down to wait and even got my daughters car an oil change. When it came time to check out the owner came to me and said the new alternator they ordered was $469 more than the one that they initially ordered that was broken in shipment. He wanted me to pay without asking me if it was okay, told him no. He agreed to take $150 off and finally after my husband spoke to him offered $250. The whole time he was rude and condescending and lied about the vehicles condition. He told me they took it all apart on Friday but I reminded him they told me I could pick it up that they hadn’t touched it yet. I tried to take say I would pay half if he credited the whole $469 toward future labor on my husbands car. He was rude and refused. Even refused oil changes certificates to cover the cost.Tried to tell me they could take it all out and try to order a cheaper one, almost like a threat as he knew it would just be a waste of time/resources to remove and have to replace. After sitting there for 45 mins, while he “made calls”. The mechanic that ordered the more expensive item without knowing it and without my consent came and sincerely apologized which was very kind as the owner never did. Finally the owner came back and said he would eat the cost, which he should have as it was their mistake not mine. I would have been happy to wait two extra days to save $500, who wouldn’t. The whole check out process was uncomfortable and he kept talking about his loss which he was okay with me taking but fussed about it when he had to take responsibility. Doubt we will go back as long as he is still the owner. Felt like a bad guy for wanting them to take ownership for their mistake.

Bad service. The last time I was there, they tried to charge me for a dipstick they broke. I will not be going back. Too bad. This used to be a great place!

My mom was in the hospital and her car inspection expired during her stay. I was in town, called Stop N Go, and they got me an appt the following afternoon for an inspection/emissions and also an oil change. Her car dealership wanted to give me an appt 3 weeks out, so this was a God send! Everyone there was super nice and my wait wasn’t as long as I expected it to be. I’m going to encourage my mom to take her car here from now on for things that aren’t necessary to go to the dealer for.

I was from out of town. Stopped in on a Saturday morning due to a flat I got on the way in to PA the night before. They didn’t have a tire in stock to fit my vehicle, but they were able to have it delivered within 1-2 hours and got me back on the road at a reasonable value. My observations of the customer service in this place were very delightful, not just towards me and my daughter, but to every customer that came in. They were pretty busy, but that didn’t seem to phase this crew at all. One of the cleanest auto shops I’ve been to as well. Keep up the great work!Service: Tires

The owner is really nice and respectful to his customers. I guess things only operate smoothly when he is there because they closed early today without notice and left the open light on and when i pulled in all the employees were rolling their eyes at me. I’m sorry i needed an oil change and I’m sorry you had a possibility of needed to your job till your scheduled time off. Needless to say they turned me away. So now I’m going to be looking for a new shop.Services: Tires

Overflowed the oil in my new car. I had to return for it was running louder and the inside of the car was overpowering with oil fumes. The fumes caused a headache and nausea. This could of damaged my engine and not one apology. Just excuses that the tech was new. It's an oil change for crying out loud. I didn't ask for my engine to be rebuilt. Certainly not worth $47!!!Service: Oil change
